Close to the beautiful bay, less than 2 miles to Cape May and Wildwood Crest beaches. Great for two couples or a small family (no child under 3 yrs.) One adult must be 25 yrs of age to rent. Enjoy views from both the front and back, including the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge from our back deck. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich.
