Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

The apartment is on the grounds of our main family residence but is completely separate with it’s own private entrance, accessed through the garden gate. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac just over 5 minutes drive from York city centre and York Racecourse and we are also situated on a direct bus route to both city centre and racecourse. Naburn Grange Cottage is a farm worker’s cottage attached to an 18th century riverside farmhouse in between the villages of Naburn and Stillingfleet. With easy access to York by car, bus, cycle track or (in the summer months) riverbus, you can explore the city’s history or the beauty of the surrounding countryside. This one-bedroomed cottage is well-equipped and private, with the owners next door for information or advice on your visit.

Church Cottage lies in 2 acres of landscaped gardens in the beautiful village of Escrick, 6 miles from the centre of York. The building dates back to 1850 and is also home to an award-winning Thai restaurant. The Garden Room at Church Cottage is a large, ground floor bedroom with en-suite toilet/shower room and kitchenette. There's a super king-sized bed, unshared outside seating and lovely views of the garden.

It can be accessed from a private lane and has parking for two cars, this peaceful and centrally-located place. The cabin has a projector and screen it can be used as a bedroom or living area, shower and toilet area are open plan. There is a fridge, microwave, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine and kettle.
