We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.

Centrally located, it is close to the beach as well as many of Deer Lake's amenities, including restaurants, stores, recreation center and many of the walking & recreational vehicle trails. The Spud Suites is also located on the Newfoundland Groomed Trail System. There is direct access to the the trail for snowmobiles and ATVs. Parking available for both.
