This charming eco cabin studio is the perfect place to soak up some country air & rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. An ideal couples retreat, this one bedroom has a kitchen, fireplace, verandah, garden bathroom with rainwater shower & composting toilet. The Eco Dairy is located within the picturesque valley of Theresa Creek in northern NSW. It is the perfect space for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life and reconnect with the simple things in life by spending some time in nature. Enjoy breakfast on the front verandah while listening to the local birdsong. The Eco Dairy is a simple retreat yet has all the comforts of home. If you need a place to recharge the batteries then the Eco Dairy is the place for you! Guests will have access to clean country air, birdsong in the early morning, dramatic sunsets and rainwater (heated) showers. In winter you can sit by the fireplace and enjoy a red wine and read a good book. Our property borders the Cambridge Plateau which is World Heritage Listed rainforest. Make sure you take the time to do one of the walks - from the lookout you'll enjoy breathtaking views towards the east coast of northern NSW, capturing Mt Warning on a clear day. We understand that many people that come to stay at the farm are looking for a place to relax and chill out. We respect your space, however if you need anything we are located only a 400m walk away. We love living in Theresa Creek. We grow most of our own food and try to live in the most sustainable way possible. Our neighbours are all farmers, and we help each other when in need. We are all very down to earth folk and enjoy living in this part of the world which we call 'home'. I think most guests will love it here at Theresa Creek - as most people that come to stay never enjoy leaving! There is no public transport at Theresa Creek. Having a car will allow you freedom to explore the surrounding area, however if you are flying or arriving by train and do not wish to hire a car we are able to collect you from the airport /station at an extra cost. Burn Brae Sunset Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin is the converted pickers quarters when the property was a stone fruit orchard in the past. Have recently planted feijoa orchard. A small and cozy space with spacious verandahs to the north and west. Situated on a quiet and private 100 acres. Abundant bird and wildlife. The cabin is self-catering. Breakfast is not provided altho’ tea and coffee making facilities and basic condiments are provided. The cabin is not suitable for children.

Mimosa Cottage

Mimosa Cottage was constructed in the 1920's as a residence and has had a number of interesting occupants since then including a doctors surgery and an art gallery/coffee shop. This year the cottage was renovated to create a comfy place to stay while you are visiting Glen Innes. The cottage is located centrally to the Glen Innes CBD, within short walking distance to the main street cafes, clubs, pubs and shops. There is off street parking and a large sunny back yard. No smoking throughout.

Mill Cottage

Old world charm meets boho chic in this renovated charming 2 bedroom cottage. The property offers an English style garden diagonally overlooking Jubilee Park. Set amongst the cafe and wine bar life of this historical Federation town. Two open fires and an outdoor hot shower and bath tub set the scene for a romantic get away whilst the large fenced yard and Park side location make this the perfect choice for families with pets. Carelles Apartment

A spacious apartment with lots of natural light. In the center of the CBD overlooking the Historic Town Centre & Iconic Chiming Town Clock with a Private off street entrance. The Apartment is accessed up a flight of Stairs. Suitable for a family with up to 4 children. With 2 bedrooms and a spacious living/Dining area there is plenty of room to relax and unwind. The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Jacanda Alpaca Farm Stay

Jacanda Alpacas Farmstay is located near the quaint village of Wallangarra , right on the border of QLD and NSW. We are central to the Granite Belt wineries, easy access to Girraween National Park and the historical town of Tenterfield. We are a working farm with a herd of alpacas , miniature donkeys and other farm animals. Enjoy staying in our cottage with picturesque views of the mountains and surrounding farmland . Pecan Palms log house is positioned next to the sandy bottomed Orara river, known for Bass fishing and crystal clear waters making it the ideal location to fish, canoe and swim. If wildlife watching and bushwalking is more your thing you can enjoy long walks through the 40 year old pecan orchards, Palm tree plantations and the Australian bush that surrounds the house on the 100 acre property.

The Lodge@Tomaree - 2 bedroom

The Lodge@Tomaree is a self contained, two bedroom, two bathroom guesthouse that shares our one hectare block. Lovely views over Inverell; suitable for couples, families and business travellers. House trained dogs are welcome on request. Fenced yard with paved area, lawn, small garden and a clothes line. Parking space (not under cover). FarmStay Oakhurst Cottage Deepwater

A tastefully restored cottage (circa 1890) with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite, large veranda, parlor and fully self-catering large timber kitchen, set in a private garden situated on a sheep and cattle property. Situated on a working sheep and cattle property, the cottage due to the topography has limited phone coverage and if you are with Telstra, there is no coverage and there is no Wi-Fi.
