Unwind & have fun at this beautiful rural escape, on a farm in Buckinghamshire. The Fold is tucked away annex - part of Barefoot Barn, our family home & self build project designed with Feng Shui. The Fold has its own dedicated garden & patio overlooking the goat paddock and long uninterrupted views of the countryside. It’s designed to have a comforting, stylish & peaceful quality, with everything you need for a relaxing & memorable break away with grounding easy walks directly into the farm.

Converted Granary and Loft, Adstock/Addington

The Granary is a wonderful grain store and loft to the courtyard corner of our family home with a private front door and access. The accommodation was originally part of a stud farm, producing famous stallions. Substantial and spacious with beams and views to the paddocks, at first floor. A fine small kitchen alongside a comfortable dining and lounge area. Free parking on site and separate boiler house provides heating and hotwater. The cottage is attached to a family home with over four acres of fields & garden. Chickens, cats and a family dog roam freely, often with sheep in the field. There are footpaths directly from the property into the surrounding countryside. The village also boasts a dog friendly pub which serves good food.

Self-contained and beautifully presented, this 2 bedroom annexe is situated in the picturesque village of Paulerspury in Northamptonshire, just 15 minutes from Silverstone Circuit. The spacious, stone-built property consists of a large double bedroom with ensuite, a lounge (with a day bed which can convert into another double bed), a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy snug and a ground floor shower room and WC.
