We had a great week at the chalet and really recommend staying there! The environment is very quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. Still you can easily reach cities like Amsterdam quickly. Maurice and Ashley are very kind and caring hostess, they always replied immediately to our messages.

Fijn verblijf gehad in de Bohemian Farmhouse van Arrad. De manier waarop de woning is ingericht is inspirerend. Verder is het lekker rustig en de tuin nodigt uit om in te loungen en een thee'tje drinken. Aanrader!

Super clean home, bright and it has everything we need to stay and enjoy the entire house for ourselves. The wonderful sunrise and the super stunning sunset just unbeatable. After stayed here for almost a week, i said to my wife that it would be nice to retire at waverveen. The super amazing host Ruud & Anna were super helpful from booking to checking out. Will definitely going to be back again! Super recommend!!!

We stayed at this stunning house set in the country side in Amsterdam. We were a group of six ladies and just felt right at home. We commuted from Amsterdam to the house via uber which was so easy ! We walked into the local town and around the area with stunning scenery and lots of cafes etc within 2 km. Lots of wildlife to see and the walking was really easy as it was all on the flat. We tried local ice cream too. Next to the house was the most stunning views and cafe that we sat drinking ginger tea, cava and lattes. The food was homemade and wonderful. We wish we could go back ! The house was spacious with large areas for our group to sit and eat together, we enjoyed the garden and the views. Our host was super helpful and responsive. Overall we had an amazing break and cannot fault it !

Perfect peaceful and picturesque place Loved our stay at this cozy little chalet! Super peaceful with an amazing river view—we spent hours just sitting on the deck listening to the water. The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The hosts are great, friendly and helpful. Ideal spot to unwind and disconnect. Would definitely come back!

Un endroit parfait pour les amoureux de la campagne où on ressent qu’il fait bon vivre. À pieds ou à vélo, le mariage entre nature et architecture typique rend les balades toutes plus belles les unes que les autres. 3 jours ne sont clairement pas suffisants pour explorer cet endroit charmant. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés. Il est beau et bien équipé, très fidèle à sa description et aux photos. De plus, Lida et son mari sont des gens très agréables, pleins de vie et disponibles. Ils sauront vous conseiller au mieux durant le séjour ou vous surprendre avec des œufs frais et délicieux.

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern (14 und 16 Jahre) spontan für vier Nächte die Unterkunft gebucht und hatten sofort einen sehr netten Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Das Häuschen ist mit einem Boot erreichbar, mit dem wir tolle Ausflüge in schöner Natur bis zum See vorgenommen haben. Es war ein herrliches naturnahes Wohnen mit toller Erholung und viel Spaß auch für die Kids. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war hervorragend. Die Umgebung als auch das Haus sind wunderschön und etwas besonderes. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Fragen wurde schnell reagiert und es waren auch viele Infos vor Ort in Form eines Ordners bereitgestellt und ansprechend ausgearbeitet. Die Lage des Hauses bieten viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen, läd aber auch zum entspannen ein. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Äußerst praktisch fanden wir die getrennten Schlafzimmer mit den jeweiligen Badezimmern. So kam man sich nicht in den Weg auch wenn man mit 4 Erwachsenen vor Ort war. Wir können das Haus Wärmsteins weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

What a lovely place to spend mine and my partner’s first holiday together! The location was beautiful; so scenic and peaceful. The host was very attentive and welcoming! We had a wonderful time at this quaint, cosy apartment.

Local muito agradável, com hóspedes amigáveis, John e sua esposa foram muito amigos, atendendo as nossas necessidades, super recomendo. quem de seu uma região linda como um por do sol maravilhoso. Com certeza voltarei novamente.

The location is great next to the Lake very peaceful neighbourhood. Clean house very apt for single or couple. The supermarket is just a stone’s throw away, great convenience. Eline is very helpful and a great host

I stayed for 2 nights with my daughter. The place was close enough to Amsterdam but still in the countryside, which we enjoyed. It was peaceful place in a great location. We drove in the morning to the Metro station (There was plenty of free parking), and in 1/2 hour we were downtown Amsterdam. Happy with my choice. The place was spacious for 2, well equipped, warm, and welcoming.

This was a perfect stay for my first trip to Amsterdam. The cleanliness, location, and convenience of this unit were absolutely amazing. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful by also providing an itinerary of activities, surrounding neighborhoods, and restaurants. Not to mention we were practically right around the corner to one of the best parks in the city that we walked through every single day. Hopefully I can stay here again on my next visit!

Nick’s apartment had everything we needed. He met us out front and helped with our bags before showing us around his place. He gave us recommendations and told us a little about Bodegraven. The walk to the train took us about 8 minutes.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Peter was very friendly and responsive. The place has a very nice backyard, and the appartment is surrounded with many shops and coffees. The location is so good, there’s no need for any transportation, you can walk everywhere. Thanks to Peter for hosting us in this lovely apartment.

Mia was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was cosy and comfortable and In a calm and beautiful area of town. Would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Amsterdam - und die Wohnung liegt super ruhig, aber trotzdem ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Spiel- und Fußballplatz gegenüber hat unseren Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Dank an die Gastgeber, sie waren sehr freundlich ind immer erreichbar! Gerne wieder!!
