Federica and Ladislao were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Responsive, accommodating and flexible with check-in and check-out times. The place itself was huge, very unique and homey. We spent most of our time in the garden, which was very charming, shaded and private. The living room had a large skylight that brightened the whole place. The room was packed with a variety of plants that also gave the house a great atmosphere. We also loved the industrial kitchen! Location was also great. Central yet quiet and peaceful. Plenty of great bars and restaurants around, and just a 10 minute walk from the museum district. Overall was a great stay! Highly recommended for a group of friends or a family.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser großzügigen und gemütlichen Villa in Utrecht. Die Wohnung strahlt eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Utrecht hat viel zu bieten, und von der Unterkunft aus ist vieles fußläufig, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber dennoch nahe an allem, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

This apartment is beautiful and pretty much exactly like the pictures. The garden is a fantastic inclusion, the bathroom is as theatrically fabulous as it looks and it was lovely to be able to play the baby grand piano. The increasingly popular De Pijp area is a short walk across the bridge and we spent most of our time there. A fantastic place to stay in a brilliant location - we’ll be back.

We had a lovely stay at Martine's beautiful home and highly recommend it! We especially loved the outdoor patio, especially when the cats hung out with us. Martine communicated thoughtfully before, during, and after our stay. A few observations to help potential renters: The neighborhood was residential and comfortable, with businesses and transit a 10-15 minute walk away. We heard a comparison that this neighborhood is like Brooklyn to Manhattan, and we think this is apt. Also, unlike most vacation rentals where we have stayed, which seem to be investment properties, this is a lived-in family home, and while it was thoroughly cleaned before our check-in, and was not an issue for us, it is a different feel than some other Air BNB's. And finally, the kitties. This was a major draw for us, they required minimal care, and spending time with them at the end of a longer vacation helped us miss our own pet a little less. We are grateful for the overall experience at Martine's home!

We stayed at Trevor’s for several months. During our stay Trevor was an excellent host, answering our questions quickly. The house was well equipped with all the essentials. The location is perfect, walking distance to the train station and a beautiful view of the canal.

Perfect location, unique way to stay in the city. Would highly recommend. Very different experience, of course, than a home or hotel but this makes travel more fun. Being right on the "skinny" bridge was a fantastic experience. Great for people watching or just quickly being right in the middle of everything.

Perfect location in de Pijp, close to everything and also quiet. Ella communicates clearly and is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself has everything you need and a wonderful combination of interior comfort and outdoor patio. Would definitely come back.

I’m emotional about leaving this absolute treasure of a rental- wish we could stay forever. We booked Darley’s on the recommendation of well-traveled local friends who literally *moved* to Hilversum after staying here and told us it was the best Airbnb of all time. (These friends also know that I’m finicky about vacation rentals and generally prefer hotels.) I’m SO glad we listened to them. This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful, well-appointed, lavish, thoughtfully stocked, gorgeously furnished, comfortable Airbnb ever, and now I’m probably ruined for all others. It could have been half as incredible for twice the price - we’d still be delighted. I’ve never felt more at home while traveling. We had all the privacy, comfort, provisions, fresh flowers and fruit, random fun perks, great water pressure, immaculate cleanliness, inspiring corners, luxurious linens, and other copious supplies we didn’t know we needed. Thank you, Marielise, for the Airbnb experience of a lifetime. WOW.

We absolutely loved this place! Martin and his two boys were super kind and helpful. So many well thought out details…..lots of thick towels, robes, romantic lighting, a perfect spot for putting on makeup with a great little mirror. Huge bed that was very comfy. The entire space is very private and very quiet. The outside garden was great! And soooo unique to find. We would definitely stay here again! And next time we would take one of Martins boat tours.

Incredible luxury townhouse, very spacious and packed with everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the vibrant city center yet in a very convenient location to either walk or take public transportation to all major tourist attractions and the city center. Just around the corner from a street market, coffee shops and restaurants. The communication with Emilie was flawless and timely. I can't say enough about how great it was our stay. Emilie went above and beyond to make sure were comfortable and had a great stay. She provided local recommendations for food, activities for kids and babysitter services. Highly recommended. Definitively coming back when in Amsterdam.

We had a lovely time on Peter's houseboat. The location is great. Only a 15 minute walk to the station and the center yet incredibly peaceful. Everything we needed was available and we enjoyed the first rays of the spring sun on the dock in front of the houseboat. The daily visit from a group of geese was quite the highlight for our little boy. Peter welcomed us when we first arrived and was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. We explored the corners of Utrecht and beyond with the bike and can only recommend this lovely city. So many beautiful historic buildings, lovely canals and quaint little cafes and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Andrew war ein toller Gastgeber! Bevor wir angereist sind, hat er uns schon mehrere Videos geschickt, wie genau wir einchecken können und alles vor Ort funktioniert. Vor Ort selber hat uns Andrew persöblich aber unaufdringlich begrüßt und uns seine Hilfe angeboten, falls wir sie beim Entdecken der Stadt brauchen sollten. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig sehr zentral gelegen. Andrew hat uns sogar einige Leckereien zu Essen und zu Trinken in den Kühlschrank gelegt, was wir so bei noch keinem Gastgeber erlebt haben. Wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Amsterdam würden wir jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

What a find! The house is located perfectly, everything is walkable, the station is literally 2 mins away and the town is on your doorstep. The house was well equipped, clean, full of character and felt like home. The fact that every room has a toilet and shower is a real bonus, no awkward waiting for the bathroom to be free. The host, Pieter was superb all the way through the booking. Super friendly and helpful and always accommodating. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting a high quality get away, with easy access to Amsterdam and a beautiful town on your doorstep to explore.

This was a perfect house to visit Utrecht. Quiet area and a 5 min walk to be in the centre of town. Tons and Peter were lovely hosts. Great communication and they met us to show us round the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and in the little garden. Utrecht was hot but the house remained cool as it’s surrounded by gardens and trees which was a delight.

A quick ride from Amsterdam Central to a small harbor off the Main Street. Walkable to all the main attractions in Central Amsterdam and an easy spot to catch an Uber if you want to go further. The houseboat was as described on a quiet dock with friendly neighbors and two awesome houseboat cats Bo and Skipper. This was especially important since we were in town when Kings Day occurred and after a walk around the festivities, it was nice to retire from the craziness and relax on top of the houseboat. The host met us onboard walked us through everything and provided easy contact information for use during our stay. Check-out was a breeze. A great find and a great value!

Perfect for a family stay, we had 3 generations staying. Spaces to share, and separate bedrooms to retreat. Convenient to Tram stop, market and restaurants

Die Wohnung von Liesbeth befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet im Norden von Amsterdam. Man ist in 12 Minuten zu Fuß an der kostenlosen Fähre, die den ganzen Tag über zur Central Station fährt. Dadurch ist man flexibel und gut angebunden zum Zentrum. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell, man hat sogar einen kleinen Garten am Fließ und es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer auf 3 Etagen. Im offenen Erdgeschoss gibt es einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich und einen großen Esstisch für gemütliche Zusammenkünfte mit der Familie. Alles funktioniert und war super sauber. Wir waren zu viert in Liesbeths Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

un très agréable séjour sur le bateau de Steven...passer quelques jours sur le Don c est un peu jouer au marin mais c est bien agréable. Weesp est une petite ville d un charme absolu, idéalement située par rapport à Amsterdam. N hesitez pas, demandez la permission de monter à bord.

The little house in the garden è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole vivere una vacanza a Amsterdam all'insegna della comodità. Nonostante sia una casa molto riparata, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, si è molto vicino al centro città . Spesso sembra di essere in montagna o quantomeno immersi completamente nella natura. Il traghetto gratuito ti permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti la stazione centrale collegandoti rapidamente con tutti i quartieri della città.

Das Hausboot war einfach schön. Mein Partner, mein Hund und ich waren über Silvester dort. Die Lage ist super zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Auf dem Sofa vor dem Kamin zu sitzen und aufs Wasser zu schauen, war einfach nur entschleunigend. Wir möchten gern bei besserem Wetter noch einmal Utrecht besuchen. Eine tolle Stadt!
