Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.

We are an ideal base for you to explore Devon by car, bus or train. Our cosy Lounge/Kitchen is open plan leading out to a small balcony, overlooking the communal garden perfect for early morning cups of tea or looking up at the stars with a glass of wine. It is a cosy one bedroomed self contained, fully equipped apartment, accessed through the main entrance of the hosts home and is located on the first floor. It comprises of a bedroom with king size bed, shower room and open plan kitchen and sitting/dining room. The property has parking for 1 med car - by prior arrangement only.
