The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.

We are an ideal base for you to explore Devon by car, bus or train. The seaside town of Teignmouth and it’s pretty neighbour, Shaldon, are both less than 3 miles away. And if it’s the rugged Dartmoor landscape that appeals… then Haytor itself is less than 30 minutes away… with endless paths to explore… and the Dartmoor ponies to see… perhaps enjoy a cream tea in one of the gorgeous Dartmoor villages and towns… or find a quiet country pub…

Pippins is a 6 minute walk into town, situated in a peaceful 'no-through' road. The property has its own private entrance, terrace with sea views and parking. The raised terrace has a bistro table and chairs plus BBQ. There is large bedroom, super comfy king sized bed, ensuite (with a powerful shower), table and chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, milk frother and kettle. N.B. No actual Kitchen. Steep steps/drive therefore we do not recommend this for infirm and very young children

The property would make a great stay for families or mature couples/groups. The house is situated within a 30 minute drive of Exeter, Torquay or Dartmoor.

There is also an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse on the caravan site, so something to do for everyone!
