casa molto comoda , pulita e accogliente. Zona molto tranquilla, mare bellissimo a due passi, trattoria sul mare ad ottimi prezzi. Host gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. spiaggia con servizi ed anche alberi, lettini a due euro. Mare splendido. samos, pitagorico ed altre bellissime spiagge a 10 - 20 minuti di macchina. serve sicuramente la macchina. Siamo stati benissimo, ci siamo rilassati, bella vacanza, bella atmosfera. It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

Ev sahibi giriş günümüzde ihtiyaç duyacağımız ekmek kahve vs yiyecekleri ve yöresel şarabı da ikram olarak hazırlamıştı çok güzel bir jest bizleri mutlu etti. Ev denize çok yakın ve çevredeki Cafeler ve restoranlar da yeme içme ihtiyaçlarını karşılıyor torunum ve kızımla muhteşem bir tatil yaptık. Her yıl tatilimizi burada geçirmeyi planlıyoruz. The villa has lovely spaces, and the views are nice. Lovely decorations, and comfortable spaces, and the yard/terrace out the front is a perfect shaded spot to sit, and enjoy the views. A few things to note are that the road up to the villa is paved only part way, so there is some off-road driving that is needed, and a steep-ish hill. Was a little tricky for us in our small hire car. So if you are a tentative driver, or arriving later at night, finding the path up could be a bit tricky. The house it located in the valley where the airport is, so airplane noise is something to contend with, but there aren’t many flights a day, and none at night, so noise wasn’t an issue for us. Also worth noting, that despite the off-road location, it’s not entirely private - as the house is on a popular hiking path, so there would often be hikers walking by, and asking directions. Everyone was super friendly, so we didn’t have too much issue with it. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Das war die beste Erfahrung die wir bisher über Airbnb gemacht haben. Wir wurden sogar am Flughafen Samos persönlich von Hanna in Empfang genommen und auch während des Aufenthaltes in der schönen Villa mit einem fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer, wurden wir mit weiteren Informationen und Tipps für einen schönen Urlaub versorgt. Bei Ankunft hat es auch an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren so nett und haben uns zum Start in den Urlaub sogar ein paar kulinarische Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank gelassen und während des Urlaubs wurden wir sogar mit einem frisch gebackenen Apfelkuchen überrascht. Wir wollten am Ende des Urlaubs mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen fahren - allerdings hat uns Hanna angeboten von ihrem Mann Mirko gefahren zu werden - einfach großartig dieser Service und der Gastfreundliche Umgang. Wir können die Gastgeber zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke

La casa di Eli Ann è in una località molto tranquilla, a pochi chilometri da alcune belle spiagge. Il piano inferiore della casa è bello, spazioso e ben arredato, con delle vetrate sul balcone che dà sul verde. Del piano di sopra ho visto solo una camera da letto, spaziosa e su un terrazzo. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma non è necessaria, perché c'è sempre un bel venticello. Samos city, la cittadina più vicina, si deve raggiungere in auto. Ho trovato in casa il sapone per i piatti, tovaglioli di carta, sapone per la doccia. Manca qualche coltello, ma ci sono molti bicchieri. Nel complesso, tornerei volentieri in casa di Eli Ann!

a spectacular stay, in a gorgeous home, full of rustic charm and modern amenities. we loved every single minute here and have rented many prior airbnbs. this by far surpassed all of my prior experiences. thank you Patrik for the most unbelievable stay. I will most definitely be back!
