A cozy lakefront cottage made by family, for family. This was our parents home away from home, their favorite getaway. Now that they're gone, we want to share what they enjoyed. Traditionally constructed lake cabin with all the comforts of home. Large partially covered deck, large pier for fishing, plenty of room to bring your boat, canoes, or kayaks. Extremely close proximity to large landings where national fishing tournaments are held on Lake Marion. Prime hunting, near great hunting clubs.

This is a newly updated double wide home with 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths and a huge screened porch. The master has a relaxing soak tub, separate shower, and double sinks. It is located in the Goat Island Resort area. Sorry no pets allowed. We are 10 miles off of I-95. There is a store 5 miles away that sells 100% gas, live bait, tackle, and food. The restaurant and swimming area are 3 blocks away. We are one row back from the lake.
