Host was very nice and easy to teach! Place was nice and clean and definitely worth the price!

The home was very nice and just like the pictures. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was nice as well; however, the refrigerator was dirty, with crumbs and hair inside. Additionally, some of the pillows had hair on them.

We had an amazing trip while on vacation! The house was exactly how we wanted it, and more. It was my family first time staying at an Airbnb and they fell in love. The tiki bar the pool.and by the grill chill area was soooo different and laid back. I would definitely recommend 10/10. And one thing I definitely loved about the couple bo matter what they will respond and even send out places you could possibly go. They definitely made it all worth it as well.

Visiting nearby family for the holiday and David’s place was the perfect choice for our family. Spacious, clean and will accommodate whatever TV shows you might be binging or sports you just can’t miss. Wish the weather was nicer to test out the pool. It surely looked inviting. Close to the beltway and 77, grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Would definitely recommend and come back again. David was a very responsive host!

Erin was very responsive during our stay, and amazingly friendly! The house had several amenities, including a hot tub, pool, and awesome master shower! And the location is in a super fun part of Charlotte with lots to do. Thank you, Erin!

I really can't say enough great things about this home and it's host ! Garrett was so very accommodating with our larger group, and was always available when needed. He also gave us great recommendations as far as what was convenient and close to us, and great tips for the Amusement park. He really went out of his way to make us feel invited into his home. The home itself was incredible. It was exactly as depicted in the listing, and more ! It was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we would need for our week long stay. The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay, and although the weather wasn't the warmest, it didn't stop our teenagers from daily swims. We had an incredible time with our family, and we are so thankful that we found this home where we could all be comfortable and relax ! Thank you again Garrett ! We look forward to working with you again in the future 😃

Good stay

The villa is so comfortable and nicely decorated. Beautiful location. We love sitting on the patio. Katie is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this villa. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay there again.

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Alex was an excellent host and apartment was neat, well organised and very comfortable .

George was a great host. Even with a complication caused by the hurricanes, George was easy to get ahold of and work with to resolve the issue. I’d recommend his place and working through him anytime.
