The “Industrial” is a reference to the neighbourhood’s past & a funky metal feature wall in the living room is a nod to that history. The remaining decor is a charming mix of old & new with bedroom decor that soothes the senses. The Tree Room features restful green tones & wood elements while The Sea Room's relaxing aqua tones & seaside theme are sure to please. This duplex cottage is ideally suited for 4 guests but an additional 2 adults or children can be accommodated on an inflatable mattress provided and/or couch. There will be a lock box on site and an email prior to check in will be sent with lock box code We live just a few blocks away and can be available if problems or issues arise. This hip neighborhood is 6.4 miles from Bridgestone & the action-packed excitement of the downtown nightlife. An assortment of wonderful local dining options & coffee shops are available right in the immediate neighborhood. Approx. Uber rates are: airport $26, Bridgestone Arena - $15, Tootsie's & Broadway bars -$15. Note - Uber rates vary w demand, Ride Type & these are estimates only. (Drive time to downtown is between 10 - 15 min. based on traffic) Getting around is super easy with Uber and Lyft. A trip downtown will run between $7 to $10 and can be even cheaper if you select the "shared option" on Lyft. Also, Lime and Byrd Scooters are placed through-out the neighborhood for quick jaunts or just for fun. If you prefer to walk, The Nations has a good deal of sidewalks but they are not everywhere. You will likely want to take a really short Lyft or Uber to the brew pubs and coffee shops, though there is a corner store less than a block away that you can walk to to pick up sodas, beer, snacks etc. Bike rentals are also available nearby at Charlotte Avenue and 46th.

Short term rental permit: 2O18STRO59799 This apartment is the front unit of a one-story triplex home. There are long-term renters in the middle unit and we live in the back unit with our two babies. We love it here and hope you enjoy it, too! Outdoor space, front & backyard, is shared. This little gem of a home is perfectly located in the dreamiest of Nashville neighborhoods. Germantown is historic, hipster, food-centric, mural-filled, fun, people-watching at its best, truly walkable with a downtown skyline view from all the tree-lined sidewalks. You'll find beautiful historic homes, boutiques, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, hair and nail salons, spas, a grocery store, and lots of personality in this jam-packed little neighborhood! There are plenty of bus stops nearby, but Nashville really doesn't have the best public transit. We recommend using Uber/Lyft (about $7 to get to the honky tonks downtown). Bird/Lime Scooters are very inexpensive and are all over our neighborhood (~$3 to get broadway/riverfront). B cycle bike rentals are also inexpensive and available for rent nearby at the corner of 5th Ave N and Monroe St. Lastly, this neighborhood is just 6 square blocks and makes for a lovely mid-afternoon stroll. Please keep in mind that although this apartment can sleep 6 easily, there is only one bathroom.
