This house was perfect for our needs as a base to explore Warwickshire and visit friends. The house was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely friendly home in great location and walking distance from amenities. Wendy is a great host and the affordable price makes it a perfect rent for short stays.

This place was a massive 5/5. A family of 5, 3 of which had mobility problems. It had everything we could ever want in a fully accessible home and more! Beautiful house, lovely large garden which my dogs loved! Not too far from main shops and a big field at the back of the house to walk the dogs. Highly, highly recommend for anyone with a family member with mobility issues. I can’t thank you enough!

Just got home from a lovely, relaxing stay here. Met up with 5 friends who now live all over the country and this was a great, central location. Tom met us as we arrived and showed us how everything worked. House was clean with some quirky lamps, each bedroom had an en-suite plus kettle and cups. The hot tub was a perfect addition. Lost many an hour chatting away while sat in it. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Little Beech in Evenley from April 28 to May 1, 2025, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm, beautifully presented space that radiated tranquility and comfort. The setting is peaceful and private, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the cozy interior decor to the well-equipped amenities that made us feel right at home. Waking up to the serene surroundings was a joy each day, and we left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. This is a truly special retreat, and we’re so grateful for the hospitality. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

I can highly recommend Oakley cottage, it has the all the amenities even a milk frother but sadly no micro which we did miss. Anyhow the place was lovely and clean plenty of space for us all, 5 adults and our dogs. The bedrooms were spacious for a cottage and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen leads on to a pretty enclosed garden perfect for our pooches. Plenty of walks starting from the village, we did a different one every day. The local pub is super friendly as are all the locals we spoke too. A great time was had by all.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay with great facilities. Super host. Loved the small touches such as the access to children’s toys and wine on arrival. Fantastic views . We loved that we could watch the animals. The place felt very private and was in a great location to visit nearby towns. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I didn’t stay personally, but my partner and daughter went there for a weekend, the place is wonderful, especially if you have dogs. Beds are comfortable and all round reports were positive. The only things worth a mention I suppose our lack of Wi-Fi/phone reception and also if you are driving a van the people on the gate can be quite unhelpful. Probably best mentioning it in advance so the owner can have a word but my family loved it and would happily go back 😊

Fantastic stay. Cannot fault the accommodation or the hosts who were more than helpful and lovely! Beautifully clean and very pretty cottage and gardens. (Just a short distance from Addington Equestrian Centre for horsey events ). Will be back!

I was very impressed with Manor Cottage which was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. It is set in the semi formal garden of the Manor House which leads onto open county side with well marked public footpaths/access. Daniel and Angela were very responsive and got back to me on any queries I had straight away. It has all the facilities that are needed in addition to private use of the pool and Shetland ponies, chickens and ducks which you can visit if you wish! I will definitely visit again. I only wish there were more bedrooms so I could share how lovely this place is with more of my family/friends.

An amazing place, loads of space, carved up beautifully into separate kitchen (with huge larder, and utility room with chef's oven) massive dining room, same size lounge but very cosy, with all the bedrooms and en-suites you would need, even a separate annexe if needed too. An indoor heated swimming pool, with showers, changing rooms and a separate entrance off the beautiful garden tops it off! Great location for dog walks, and the local pub, coffee shop and convenience store, this is a must stay!

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Rachel's place. It was exactly as described. Out in the countryside in a safe and quiet area. Rachel and Tracy communicated well in advance. It was nice to be met by Tracy on our arrival. The property was very comfortable. We appreciated milk, bread, butter and jam being left for us. We will definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

This was booked a few weeks before we stayed and suited us to the ground. Bicester Village was the perfect place close by to get to Oxford by train. Easy to get to Blenheim Palace for their opening Christmas Weekend and Festival of illuminations. The Property had everything you could wish for, air Fryer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge etc Christmas really did start early for as we were leaving with over an inch of snow on the Green and then 2 hours driving home in a Blizzard.

Had a lovely 2 night stay, accommodation as described, clean and comfortable. Welcome pack (milk, butter, bread, porridge pots, fruit juice tea and coffee) much appreciated. Safe parking available. Good value for the money.

Great location in a beautifully fitted out cabin. Perfect for a short 15mins walk to the Crawford Arms to watch some live music. Thanks very much Jack. We will definitely be visiting again.

Went away for the weekend and had an amazing stay. The Shepard’s hut was spotless with all the amenities listed. The hot tub and outdoor space was lovely and easy to use. The local area was stunning, with lovely walks and restaurants near by. A perfect getaway.

Wow! What a fantastic lodge and fantastic hosts. The views of the reservoir are simply stunning. Will and Ella couldn’t do enough for us. We had the best time and will be returning in the future for sure. Thanks again guys
