This is a lovely little retreat, perfect for a couple. It's comfortable, well equipped and with the most stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Everything worked from check in through to departure. Simply a great Airbnb.

Lovely quiet peaceful space. The cottage is very spacious cosy and warm. Garden is wonderful and it’s very safe and private. Julie was extremely helpful in any questions needed answering. Found a great local park …..Spiceball park ….dogs loved it. Sadly the public footpaths and canal were very muddy

Lovely place to stay with great facilities. Super host. Loved the small touches such as the access to children’s toys and wine on arrival. Fantastic views . We loved that we could watch the animals. The place felt very private and was in a great location to visit nearby towns. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

Christian and Vicky have the most beautiful property that I urge others to make the most of - better than the photos!!!!! The Barn is truly stunning inside and out. The location is fantastic with a pub at the bottom of the road and the fields leading to beautiful walks at the top of the road. My family and I have had the best time here along with our furry boy 🐾 the Barn has everything you could possibly need and more, we didn’t want to leave. We cannot wait to come back and spend more time at such a beautiful, peaceful and welcoming place. Christian and Vicky, thank you so much for being amazing hosts and we cannot wait to return! A fantastic bank holiday Easter weekend, one we certainly won’t forget!

I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

We had the most wonderful stay the night before our wedding. Stephanie was having some renovation work completed on the property and upgraded us to her larger property which was so kind and such a treat for us all. The house was stunning and our guests felt the same. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely long weekend staying in Alice’s shepherds huts. It is a beautiful spot with stunning walks directly from where we were staying. Alice was a fantastic host, coming to check we had everything we needed, giving us lots of tips and she even kindly gave up her time to show us and our excited kids around the farm! It was an extremely relaxing few days with a wonderfully warm host, just how a good Air BnB should be.

Viv always responded quickly and the cottage was lovely. We were a bit chilly after coming from super warm Australia but Viv adjusted the heating for us and it was lovely. The cottage was quiet and very homely. The only thing I’d mention if you were staying for a long period, is that the hand shower in the bath tub takes getting used to, but the tub is deep and a bubble bath was a treat!

What a stunning home had absolutly everything and more than you needed very attentive hosts and what a lovely gesture of a welcome pack we came for a chilled break and that’s what we got we would love to can’t me back our dog loved it too

We had a lovely time at Mia’s for my daughter’s 6th birthday. It was peaceful and relaxing. Mia was very responsive to every message & everything was pristine. We enjoyed the hot tub which was easy to use. Also very grateful for our complimentary bottle of Prosecco. We all had a great time, thank you!

My partner & I are worldly traveled However we’ve never stayed in such an enchanting place . Getting from the car parking bay to the lodge is the start of an interesting curiosity for what I can only describe on first site some of the most intricate  architecture in wood I’ve ever seen. The doors were shut but unlocked ready to receive us , when you walk in the lodge it’s a massive wow factor which you can’t help saying out loud . I don’t want to give to much away . Vicky was a great host , communication was swift , every message was answered. I ordered a BBQ pack from the farm shop which Vicky organised which was reasonably priced and lasted a couple of hearty meals all weekend, including breakfast sausages and we brought the remainder back home . This was also delivered and in the fridge on our arrival. There was a welcome treat from Vicky too . The bed is massive and so comfortable. The woodland and surrounding fields are calming. This Air B&B is one of our favourites.

A perfect pod in a perfect setting, it was exactly what we were after for a few nights stay. Beautiful setting and well equipped pod, the tree hammock swings were a firm favourite with my 5 year old - as was the ‘massive tv that we can watch in bed’! Thanks Kirsty, we’ll definitely be back.

One of our absolute favourite places myself and my partner have ever stayed! So beautiful. Highly recommend. Will definitely return

If it’s peace, tranquility and cuteness you are looking for then you’ve hit the jackpot with Georgina’s place. It’s in an idyllic location within easy reach of some of the most picturesque areas of the Cotswolds. Georgina has created a beautiful, cosy & inviting space in this unique AirB&B. Under The Owl Tree is the cutest shepherds hut with all you need to make a memorable stay. Waking up to the sound of “the Girls” (hens) clucking around was just a joy and gave an authenticity to a country retreat. Georgina was responsive, friendly and helpful as a host. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Lynne’s place. Lovely and peaceful location with all shops and things to do a short drive away. The house has everything you could need and is a home from home. Our children had a fabulous time and we would highly recommend staying here.

The most cosiest , scenic beautiful lodge with the perfect location . Decorated and furnished so carefully and perfectly to fit a slow , relaxed and peaceful staycation . It truly feels like a home a way from Home with the all the necessities you need. Would love to come back l!

Such a beautiful barn conversion, everything was just perfect. Really clean and tidy, beds were super comfortable plenty of space. Would definitely want to return. Thank you for a great stay.

Such a magical weekend, thank you for having us! It was so peaceful and the animals were all so beautiful (even if the alpacas were a bit cheeky) The hottub made a fabulous finish to each evening under the stars. We will definitely be coming again!

The place was so amazing, the bedrooms are big enough, the house was clean, all house appliances did work well nothing to complain about, the WiFi speed was great, one of the best airbnb accommodation so far, Tracey and her husband were so helpful and responsive, will definitely recommend it for others and we shall book it again.

The place was spotless, cosy, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, especially with the lovely welcome hamper that was thoughtfully provided. The property had all the amenities we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Laura was a fantastic host, ensuring we had everything we needed and checking in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

A really lovely hideaway for a few days. Fully equipped with everything we needed plus a fantastically huge telly and surround sound! Great location with excellent pub across the road and some good walks on the doorstep. Pete and Rachel were welcoming and very helpful and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a really beautiful place to stay. The kitchen is a thing of beauty. The character is striking wherever you look, with a lovely dining and sitting area. You need to be agile for the spiral staircase, but the ascent is worth the effort.
