Please keep in mind, this is a second story suite. There is 1 flight of stairs. Paws & Relax Guest Suite is located a block and a half up from beautiful historic downtown LeClaire, next to the scenic Mississippi River. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, a distillery & brewery- all within walking distance! There is an outdoor patio with seating & table along with a porch for rainy days. It's perfectly located along Brady Street, just minutes from the Adler Theater, the River Center, Palmer School of Chiropractic, Daytrotter Studios, Analog Arcade and the numerous restaurants, bars, and other entertainment venues located in the downtown area, and along the Mississippi River.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Now is a great time to stay in this completely furnished two-bedroom house directly overlooking the Mississippi River. The hot tub is amazing during the day and under the stars this time of year. The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Carla's Cottage

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

It gives you a first row seat, from the comfort of your living room, to the many shows and parades through out the year. Downtown East Moline is located close to railroad, so expect to hear an ocasional train. Close to bars and restaurants. A few minutes away from John Deere Harvester, John Deere Pavilion, John Deere Classic, Vibrant Center, The Bend Center, The Rust Belt.

Easy drive to Mississippi River, shopping and restaurants.
