The place is great! Perfect for family outings. We felt very relaxed with the beds. Easy access to the ocean, it’s fun to do some snorkeling cause there’s lots of fish.

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

The entirety of everything exceed our expectations. My colleagues' first expression when we arrived and saw the place is "WOW". The place is great for intimate events, or small family gatherings. Fully equipped kitchen, which you can use for table setting. Bathroom is clean, as well as the towel, linen, bedroom and the entire property. Worth it for its price.

Noemi’s place is accessible and just about right for a family of 6. I also liked the fact that our fur baby Tessa was welcome in her place. Salamat po, Ms. Noemi. We will definitely come back. Puhon.

My family and I really enjoyed the place. Complete kitchen utensils and cooking pots. Sir tom is very generous enough to let us check in early to drop of our things and change cloths before proceeding to our tour. Place is clean and cozy and we loved the swimming pool. Memorable Holy week staycation One of the most laidback staycations we've been to! The place is easy to find—accessible through Google Maps—and it truly feels like a home away from home. It’s clean, has complete home amenities, and offers a very homey atmosphere. The strong WiFi connection was a big plus too. The caretaker was very helpful and attentive to our needs, which made the stay even more comfortable. It’s one of those staycations where you just want to sip a cup of coffee and stare at the pool for hours. A perfect spot to rest, recharge, and reconnect.

This is the 2nd time Ive stayed here and now its better than better. They added some mirror, table, and toaster now. They also have diffuser now and the place smelled so good the whole time. I think they also changed AC which is great. I appreciate that they give you fresh fruits as always. They also added some protection against insects. The lights are also brighter compared last time. The place is really great, less than 5 mins to the main gate of subd, watsons is just around the corner. So many places to eat, public market, convenience store, all just 5-10 mins walk. Although the mall is 20-25 mins ride but i dont mind it. I would always go back here every time im in davao. I really love the place, cozy and homey. The owner is also so kind and so is the staff.
