The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Perfectly situated and providing the best of both worlds : a short stroll, 0.8 miles, to the shops, bars and restaurants of Cheltenham, combined with a relaxing private garden and heated swimming pool. The Cotswold Way, for walking trails, is close by. A great base for girls weekends, families, and couples.

The Coach House is set in the grounds of Bredon Manor. Bredon village (two pubs, a shop) a short walk away; Cheltenham, Malvern and the Cotswolds villages a short drive. An easy escape from London that works year-round. Autumn walks, cosy winter retreats, spring gardens and heated pool May to September. Dogs welcome.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
