Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

The Pigsty - Romantic retreat, free parking

The Pigsty is a detached apartment adjacent to the owners property. Approx 500m to the town centre and The Severn Valley Railway. Parking for one car is also available onsite. The apartment has one bedroom, shower room and an open plan living space, which comprises a mezzanine lounge area and fully equipped kitchen finished to a high specification, including a Nespresso machine and pods. Suitable for couples - a double sofa bed is available in the lounge area for children at an additional cost.

The Grazing Guest House

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors.
