Our home is a large open concept with a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, 3 clean & comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and everything else you need for your perfect vacation. You'll be located across the street from the lake and a 2 minute walk to the old fort. Enjoy a stroll (or bike) along the lakeside path into old Fort Erie where you will find shops and fine restaurants or pubs.

A pleasant retreat with alpacas for neighbors! No smoking inside or outside on our private property. 3 night minimum applies to Fall months only.

The home is located less than 5 miles from Darien Lakes Six Flags Theme Park and close access to snowmobile trails which makes this a year round vacation rental home. Centrally located to other destinations such as Niagara Falls or Letchworth State Park in Wyoming County.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only
