Our group had an amazing time staying here! Everyone's room had a comfortable, clean bed, the backyard was super peaceful for a morning coffee, and the neighborhood itself was quiet and safe. Would absolutely stay here again!

So glad we found this home! We often visit the area for our sons fishing tournaments. This house is perfect for our group! The fenced in back yard area was a highlight, since we bring our pup. The yard still has plenty of space outside the fenced area too, for playing yard games! Plenty of time was enjoyed on the screened in porch! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The neighbors were all friendly too! We have zero complaints. Worth every penny!

The house was spacious and easy to use. The location was perfect for the wedding at The Summerfield Farm. Highly recommend!

A beautifully redone home in a quiet and walkable neighborhood of downtown Durham. Easy 15 minute walk to most restaurants and breweries. House was super clean and comfortable. I had issues with the entry keypad but Eddie responded immediately; it was most likely user error on my part. The only downside would be that the bedrooms have privacy blinds but no curtains. We do plan to come back soon.

A group of us were in town for an ATDM summit and this was an excellent alternative to getting individual hotel rooms. very comfortable beds and the home has a great layout. It is in a convenient location, easy to get downtown and anywhere else you need to go. Would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Jennifer’s place is such a gem. If you like being on the lake and having all the toys and amenities already taken care of for you then this is your place. I have my own kayaks but it was nice to not to have to worry about bringing them. Kayaks for adults and kids, paddle boat, paddle board, beautiful deck, multiple ladders to get out after swimming. They have board games and a karaoke machine that was so fun. The porch was so nice and relaxing. Better than the pictures. You should stay here.

Emily’s house was exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect for our family because it was nearby my brother’s house. We did not bring our dog this time, but if we stay here again we will bring her. The backyard would work well for her to run around. We cooked a quick Easter dinner here and had everything we needed to do so. Communication with Emily was quick and easy. We come to Durham at least once a year and would stay here again.

A great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood! I really enjoyed it there, and was even able to bring my cat, which made things easier for me on an extended stay. I had some problems with Internet connection, which I needed for work, but I was able to reach Bryan and he and Laura were very helpful with this. I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Durham.

Nice, quiet location. Easy walk to downtown and the Floyd Country Store. Apartment had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. Even spare toothbrushes and toothpaste! Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location to stay if you’re visiting Durham or any of the surrounding cities. It is very close to lots of restaurants and even Duke’s campus if you want to catch a game!

Great place to stay for my cat and I as we were driving down to Sc for our move! Super easy to find and loved being able to have off street parking! Totally worth it!

We have been to many AirBnbs over the years. We can say without hesitation that this was the most comfortable place we have ever been to. The space was super comfy, well appointed, in a quiet residential neighborhood, but within a few blocks of Greensboro shopping. We went out to a couple of great restaurants, the Green Valley Grill for dinner and Mimi's for breakfast. The zoo is awesome. If we are ever in this area again, this is the place we will choose. Nice old house that is well maintained and close to attractions.

We can’t say enough nice things about our stay. A definite gem of a find. Walkable to downtown, and a beautiful porch to relax on after a walk. The snacks provided were a nice touch. Plenty of coffee pods as well. Very clean and well maintained historic home. We will definitely return when we come back for more concerts at the Harvester.

This is the 3rd time Dwayne, Hoover and I have stayed here. Its such a quiet and relaxing place. Hoover knew exactly where he was and he remembered Lisa and Ginny. I always feel welcome here. Its quiet. There is everything that you need at the apartment. And its not too far from a main highway so everything is convenient. Lisa is an awesome hostess and is always very helpful. We can't wait to visit again. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation spot this is the place! Thank you so very much Lisa and Ginny for another wonderful stay.

Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Elliott’s place was exactly as described and was perfect for our couple’s night away. Elliott’s place was conveniently located and we were able to easily walk to great bars and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Our quick escape before picking our son up from NC State was relaxing and so enjoyable. Spent a lot of time out on the lake. Temperatures were warmer than the usual April weather, we both have great tans to prove it! We were very comfortable at your place. Perfectly located off of Scruggs gave us the ability to get to our favorite restaurants (Napolis is the best and only a quick walk away). New to us was Black water cafe, totally awesome! We will go there again when we return. We were able to spend time with family that have recently moved to the lake. Our little escape has re energized us, filled our hearts with joy and great memories on the lake. Your place had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed the decor, the layout, everything about your little slice of heaven on the lake. Who could ask for anything more. Thank you sincerely.

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!
