Soak in the Orange County sun in this renovated condominium in the gated Ritz Pointe community. With great views and a relaxing atmosphere, the apartment also offers an exclusive private walk to the beautiful Salt Creek and Strands beaches. We completed this full top-to-bottom renovation in June 2016 with all the details to best anticipate your needs, as if we ourselves were staying there. We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time here. This is a quiet top-floor 2bed/2bath condo that comfortably sleeps 5 (1 king, 1 queen and 1 roll-away bed). The kitchen is immaculate and fully stocked with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to cook a feast. In the living room, enjoy lots of comfortable seating, a cozy gas burning fireplace, a large flat screen TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio. If you prefer to be outside, soak up the sun at our impressive pool or enjoy any of our 2 Jacuzzi's. The condo comes with 1 parking spot, but the community has ample free parking if you need more. The location is in the beautiful Ritz Pointe guard-gated community, a 3 minute drive to the nearest beach or a lovely 15 minute stroll down an exclusive path that begins in our community, goes past the Monarch Beach Resort golf course, and down to the sand. Take a 5 minute drive to beautiful downtown Laguna Beach or Dana Point Harbor. There is also a open air trolley at your service less than a mile from the condo ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is also conveniently down the street from Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Starbucks, 2 grocery stores, and many great restaurants. The entire condo and all the Ritz Pointe amenities are yours to enjoy! - Large pool - 2 jacuzzis - Gym - Kids playroom inside the Clubhouse - Free parking We are here to help anytime you need it. A short walk or even shorter drive away from the best beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and boutiques in Orange County, this apartment is the perfect getaway for families, solo travelers, or couples looking for Californian sun, sea, and relaxation. PLEASE NOTE we do not allow any type of parties or loud noise after 10pm in the home. This is a quiet community with neighbors close by so any violation of this rule will result in early termination of your reservation without refund. If you're headed to Laguna Beach, take advantage of the open air trolley located less than a mile from the condo, ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is easily accessible and located on the ground level, so there are no stairs involved. The parking is a covered carport located a few steps away from the condo front door.

Treehouse Adventure

Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).
