We had such a great stay here! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was really responsive and kind throughout. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything. Recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Denise is a great hostess, welcoming but gave us our privacy except when we asked for things. All the little things are there: pillows and blankets, snacks/condiments, toiletries, and some other basics. Bed and couch both comfortable. Shower has a tankless water heater, so once it warms up it stays hot forever. Also lots of toiletries and handicap features. Lots of drawers/storage. Sizeable counter height desk has 2 stools. Kitchen has a full fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and hot plate. Outside nice area between guest cottage and main house that's mostly shaded and has plenty of seating. The park right behind the house has a trail that leads straight to/past white rock lake, which is really beautiful. Only 2 things that could be negative. No full wall between the bedroom area and the living room area - makes the space look bigger but also makes it more like a studio. Some noise from the train going by, if you're sensitive to that. Overall great stay

Lisa's place was perfect! Safe, cozy, quiet, and clean. I had every thing that I needed, even oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe for walking and I even had the opportunity to stroll with the dogs. Lisa is an excellent communicator and checked in often to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. She is a wonderful host and I will be back!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

Annette's place was exactly what we needed -- a private apartment suite built onto the garage, with a shared backyard for our grand-doggie. Annette and her Dad were extremely helpful and responsive. We had originally booked for 2 weeks, but when it turned out we needed to stay in town for a few more days she was very accommodating. Everything was spotless and roomy, and everything we needed was provided, including the spacious bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room, and also a huge closet area with washer and dryer. Also, the parking spot in the garage was very much appreciated, especially on a few stormy nights. Thanks, Annette, for a wonderful experience!

We had another wonderful stay at Mary Jo's. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Her style and taste is impeccable, and the property is clean and well‐maintained. She has thought of every detail needed to make you feel right at home. She is also a warm and friendly person. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at many airbnbs and this one was at the top of the pack! Patrick and Lisa were so hospitable. Always checking if we needed anything… such amazing hosts. It felt like this is the way Airbnb is supposed to be. The guesthouse was so homey with nice finishes. The neighborhood is walkable to the Fort Worth Zoo and trail systems down to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Kane, Melanie and family , made my family and I feel right at home. They were very accommodating to all our needs, always had smiles asked us if we need anything. From the day we came to Texas till our last night our communication was great!! My family loved the pool , billiard table with all the other amenities that was listed. They are the perfect host if you are visiting Texas. I would give them 💯 stars in southern hospitality !! Thank you for a great stay to remember…

Catherine was great in communicating with me from the beginning prior to me booking. That was an automatic way of getting me to follow through with my decision to move forward with my stay here. I was more than happy with landing this place being in the area having had trouble with finding parking that fit our needs. Great location overall that was close to everything and the location had a very peaceful atmosphere. Very satisfied with my stay here!!

What a great spot for our visit. It had everything we needed and more! Ana is awesome as a host! Even delivered fresh eggs from her chickens. We enjoyed the outdoor areas and pool! So relaxing after a busy day. I cannot recommend this home enough. We will be back. My granddaughter says it’s her Texas home💕

Tania was great at communicating and helping to answer any questions we had! We stayed here for about a month and had everything we needed. Happy to have had the enclosed fence to protect our cars and other things we had during our stay. Overall it was great for what we needed and definitely appreciate the communication! The neighborhood is not the safest/cleanest, but the airbnb itself was great and just what we needed.

We only got to stay a night here but it was perfect for us and our pups. Michael and Ginger were very friendly and made us feel at home. Pretty homes on the block for short jaunts with the dogs. Lower Greenville restaurants and nearness to downtown were also big positives.

The private entrance and secure parking immediately put our minds at ease. The cottage itself was immaculate and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sparkling dipping pool was perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim, and the hot tub provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. We spent many evenings soaking under the stars, enjoying the peaceful ambiance. We can't recommend this cottage enough for anyone seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat or a solo escape, this place is sure to exceed your expectations!

Once again a wonderful stay at Adrienne’s place. This is my third stay. The location is fabulous. Parking could be tricky, but I never had an issue. This is the perfect location if you have a student at TCU. I literally could walk to my son’s place. The bed is so comfortable. I slept in each day. It’s very private and I felt very safe. Adrian was able to be available for any issues or questions I had. The sofa is so comfortable as well and my son and I watched a bunch of movies. I highly recommend this place.

The cottage was a blessing. A much needed time of reflection and quiet. I can’t say enough about Justin and how quickly he responded to anything that was needed. I felt incredibly safe and that was the most important thing I needed during my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to use any of Justin’s properties again. It was perfect.

We had a great stay here over a holiday weekend and it was perfectly situated for our needs. The location is extremely quiet and safe with wonderful areas to walk through this beautiful neighborhood. Virginia was extremely responsive and helpful, the interior was exactly as portrayed. Everything was clean and well equipped and the bed was especially comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
