Yendy was super helpful and always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. I loved the place, everything inside was neat and clean. I felt very comfortable and safe. I was also pleasantly surprised with the very large, fully fenced yard for my dog. I'd definitely book here again.

Overall, a really nice place to stay. My family stayed here recently and it was great for what we needed. Lacking a little bit in the amenities-- no soap/shampoo in the bathrooms, the only trashcan was in the kitchen, etc. But just small things and overall really nice place located conveniently in North Dallas. We would definitely stay here again. Todd was super friendly and responsive, a great host. The listing was not kidding about the stairs-- you have to climb them to get anywhere, and they are the kind without backs, so I would definitely think about somewhere else it if you have small children who cannot go up and down stairs by themselves. But the stairs were mentioned in the listing, and I would say the place matched the listing very well.

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. This is definitely the best stay we have ever had in Dallas. The host is incredibly conscientious and anytime there was an issue. He was quick to address it. The backyard is a wonderful private oasis. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable. There’s also a generous size TV in the living room. Overall, we will stay here absolutely every time we have the opportunity.

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

Chaya was an incredible host! Always communicative, pleasant, and proactive. We were offered both an early check in and a late check out without even asking. The place is adorable - very cute, comfortable, and clean. Lots of fun activities in the backyard. This would be a perfect place for a girls weekend or bachelorette party - so many thoughtful details. Thank you again for hosting us! We had a blast.

This house felt just like home and was very welcoming and comfy. The added alarm system made you feel very safe and at ease. They had all the things you would need and then some. The space was large enough for a large group and the 3 bathrooms were an added plus. The only downside was the low water pressure in some of the bathrooms but other than that we would definitely stay again.

Great house. Not to far to get to Dallas or Fort Worth. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Son loved the media room. Great communication also

Nice spot, accessible in the city. Lots of places close to eat an be entertained. Parking and check in was easy and communication was on point.

I would 10000% stay here again As a single woman traveling I felt so safe here. I was able to use the gym and pool which were gorgeous, and could walk across the street to get groceries !

The apartment was centrally located and the neighborhood was peaceful. Within walking distance of the DART public transportation which was very easy to navigate through. I really enjoyed the apartment especially the walk in shower and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. There were lots of windows letting the sunlight in. Wished I was able to sit out on the patio, it’s so hot and muggy during the afternoons. I’m not used to the Dallas weather in April. Thank you Joe for being a great host!

Awesome. Had a local recommend knox-henderson area and this spot popped up (pun on the pop art intended). Pop over to Pie & Tap for "best pizza of my life"; greatest deals on consignment shopping; and brunch. Didn't have time to see Dallas due to a 1 day trip, but if you're just there to eat and shop, 100% recommend.

We only for one night, but it was everything we needed for stay! Allen was very communicative and kind.

You’ve found a good one here! Great price, awesome location on main, attractions walkable distance, Irish pub open till 2 am! Security was weird, and had trouble finding the right door. KEEP IN MIND YOU NEED TO MEET WITH THE HOST TO ENTER ELEVATOR AND TO ENTER THE BUILDING AFTER 8! Otherwise, gorgeous views from the balcony, no noise complaints, all around perfect spot. Can’t really ask for more for the price.

I had a great stay at David’s place in downtown Dallas. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to get around. David was an excellent host, very responsive and clear in his communication, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dallas!

Great location, walkable to Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, yoga, restaurants, ice cream, bars, CVS. I think I used my car two times in the month I was here! Lots of pedestrians and cars, a lot of renovations going on in the area, felt safe walking the neighborhood, though you might run into a few people walking back from the bars at night. Bed was very soft, shower pressure was strong. Having a dedicated parking spot at the back of the house was a huge plus and even though the driveway is long it’s easy to maneuver! I did see a few people get ticketed for street parking, especially on St. Patty’s day, so if you park on the street, just make sure to use the permit! Rusty was easy to communicate with and had good recommendations!

Booked a short trip and this Airbnb was exactly what we needed! I appreciated the clear instructions, how clean the Airbnb was, and overall all of the amenities provided. The host Nick was very helpful and you can tell that he takes very good care of the place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice and clean Airbnb in a great central location.

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Everything about the place was perfect, amazing location, beautiful description of the place, and well thought of amenities. Furniture was comfortable, everywhere you looked was clean, and the presentation of the place was beautiful. I highly recommend this place and will come back again in the future.

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

Ruwani’s place was great! It’s roughly 2 blocks from restaurants, bars and cafes. I had a scheduling conflict that would’ve required me to check out late and she was incredibly responsive and flexible with me. Communicating with her was like chatting with a friend. The condo I stayed in was comfortable and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Most importantly, where most hosts have moved towards essentially having their guests clean their properties and still include a cleaning charge, Ruwani’s check out process was super easy, lowkey and reasonable. I will be in Dallas every Spring and I’ll for sure book with Ruwani again! I highly recommend booking with her!
