This apt. is one of my favorite spaces. We used to live here and I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, roku with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

Cozy Country Bear log cabin with many amenities

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Enjoy wildlife, kayaking, fishing, campfires, horses, hiking and games. We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. You can also enjoy a campfire and cook over the open fire on our tripod grill. We have 2 other cabins and our cozy apartment listed.

Walk 0.6 miles to downtown Muncie, less than 2 miles to Ball State Univ. and 2 blocks to the Bob Ross Experience (Minnetrista). Nearby eatery and brewery options. Just 29 steps to 62-mile Cardinal Greenway, longest trail in Indiana. Might see an eagle hunting along the river too. You will love it!

I am powerless over the midwest rail-schedules. It is fair to let would-be guests know. There are 2 assigned outdoor parking-spaces.

You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

Anderson Farm house all to yourself near AU

We are in the center of Anderson, a few blocks walking distance to Anderson University and a mile away from downtown. The house has been fully remodeled for our bnb guests. You will have the entire house just for yourself with private drive way and yard. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with a comfy king size bed. Second bedroom is upstairs with a twin size bed or can be expended to a king. We live 5 minutes away so we can always be there to help if you needed anything.

Studio by Falls Park

Welcome to the Studio by Falls Park. This is a family-friendly studio apartment with a separate entrance. You are within walking distance to several good restaurants and the local drinking hole (The Wine Stable), Falls Park, walking trails. Located 10 minutes off I-69, and 20 minutes North of Indianapolis. Harrah’s casino is 15 minutes North on I-69. Studio has shower/bath, 1 queen bed, a full size futon, queen size blowup mattress and kitchen.

Studio M is located in the small Historic town of Pendleton, IN. The home is within walking distance of our shops, restaurants and Falls Park. We have a fully stocked kitchen, car port with chairs to sit out and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Our house is conveniently located to Fishers, Anderson, Noblesville and Indianapolis.

Cozy One Bedroom Bungalow

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This one bedroom bungalow is very close to Downtown, Ball State University and IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. One block from a beautiful walking/bicycle riverwalk. Only minutes from local restaurants , coffee shops and breweries. Washer and dryer on site.
