Bright, private basement suite in the Kingfield neighborhood. No cleaning or pet fees. Shared home, I live above the separate rental space along with my cats and teen sons. Located near Lake Harriet and walking/ biking trails; within blocks of great restaurants and shops. Near I35W and bus transit for access to downtown and MOA/ Airport. Suite has a single bed, full-size futon, smart TV, board games, record player, sauna, laundry. Pet friendly w/ pet supplies. Friendly backyard chickens.

Only AirBnB guests allowed on the premises, no exceptions. 4 reserved guests maximum, including children. Not suitable for toddlers. No parties, no events or gatherings. The owner, Tracy, stays in the rv at times. RV sits 120’ from house (not garage). RV blinds closed & I respect guests privacy at all times.

Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.

Updated country home located one mile north of Afton Alps ski hill and golf course. We are across the road from Afton State park with miles of walking trails and the St. Croix River. You will love how peaceful this space is. There is also a fire ring and plenty of firewood to enjoy sitting outside. Large patio to enjoy coffee in the morning or a barbeque. We are now cleaning with Melaleuca's Ecoscense Products. Healthier for you and the environment.
