This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

You will have access to a spacious outdoor area, including a patio. A single-stall garage goes with the apartment plus an additional parking space in the driveway.

Home was built in 1918 and we have kept a lot of the original craftsmanship and charm. Vintage doors and flooring. A 5 minute drive to the Twin Lakes boat ramp, plenty of room for all of your toys. Boats, trailers, fifth wheel will all fit on this acre lot in quiet Jolley. Pheasant hunters and their dogs are welcome. Lots of great public hunting in Calhoun county. Great place to vacation in the summer or if you're looking to work remote for a week there is a dedicated work area and Wifi.

Headwaters Hideaway

Headwaters Hideaway is the perfect place for you to unwind for a quick getaway, a week long stay, or an extended stay. Our cabin sits at the edge of our seasonal site campground on the shores of Crystal Lake (264 acres). Public access is within walking distance if you choose to enjoy boating or fishing on your stay. We also have 2 kayaks available. The kids will stay entertained with a playground and basketball hoops just across the campground access road.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with soft water. Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on the second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

Backyard Oasis! (Pool is OPEN for Summer!)

This is a beautifully, remodeled home with a shared backyard space that includes an inground heated pool and 2 Hot Tubs for summertime fun! One Hot Tub and the pool is closed for the winter. This listing is for the East private room, a bath and kitchenette. We do not serve breakfast. Enjoy the quiet of our farm, the woods and views from the porch. We are one mile from Ames.
