This is a spotless home with spacious rooms, private bedrooms, baths, on a safe tree lined safe street in South Cali. Dona Carmen is Carlos’ mother-in-law & one of the kindest, sweetest Hosts I have had the pleasure of staying with. The shared spaces have all modern amenities: well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living space with mix of comfort old world Colombian charm & crisp new paint, fixtures, “fun” artistic waterfall sinks, indoor/outdoor Zen garden, security patrol. Carmen went way out of way to ensure I enjoyed a restful, fabulous stay. I miss her big heart & wish all the familia Ospina the best in NY & Dona Carmen & Marta, housekeeper, Cali, the very best in life. I miss feeling at home in their home. I’d love 2 return. You will love it there, Barrio Las Vegas Sur, as well. A special, top of the line listing.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming me into your home and for treating me like family. From the moment I walked into your beautiful home Carmen made me feel right at home and was very attentive to my needs. The home is very beautiful, comfortable, spacious, modern, sparkling clean and the spa like bathrooms were my fave!!! The kitchen has every appliance and gadget imaginable! Everything is exactly as the pics. Short walk to a great mall with tons of shopping, food, medical centres, cinema and the best icecream!! Carmen and I enjoyed a few cones together and a dinner at local restaurant the evening before I left. Delicious breakfast every morning prepared by Carmen and Marta ( housekeeper) Lunch & dinner available for an additional charge and also lots of options for delivery. Carmen's warm hospitality was truly appreciated and I cannot thank her enough for treating me extra special during my stay and for the late night drive to the airport. I will definitely stay with Carmen & Marta if I ever return to Cali! Thank you so much Carlos for your communication and for arranging pick up! Many many thanks!

Amazing Stay at Hotel Rossa Palma! I had an incredible experience at Hotel Rossa Palma during my first visit to Cali! The apartment-style accommodations were spotless, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the pool was a great bonus for relaxing after exploring the city. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to fantastic restaurants and top tourist attractions, making it easy to experience Cali’s vibrant culture. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional staff—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. If you’re visiting Cali, I highly recommend Hotel Rossa Palma for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

Luis es un buen anfitrión, atento y servicial. Fue comprensivo con los tiempos y ajustes. El espacio es privado y cómodo, ubicado en una gran zona de Cali.

Me encantó el servicio , la atención , la ubicación , el hotel y apartamento en sí , piscina restaurante y los camareros amables y serviciales , la comida excelente , el recepcionista nos llevó hasta nuestro apartamento y explicó todo , también respondía rápido y algo muy bueno fue la opción de comida a domicilio, zona tranquila lo recomiendo !

Me encanto el lugar, excelente ubicacion, muy lindo y el personal muy amable. Espero volver , cositas sencillas que hacen la diferencia, como toallitas de cocina (limpiones), jabon de loza , de resto me encanto

tuvimos una dificultad con la plataforma, dado que cuando llegamos nos informaron que la reserva no estaba disponible. Sin embargo, los anfitriones resolvieron el tema y permitieron que tuviéramos nuestra estadía sin novedades. La persona que nos recibió, Suárez, muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos oportunidad de disfrutar la piscina y acceso a cocinar.

La anfitriona es un sol. Y amé que fuera petfriendly. A pesar de que mi mascota nunca genera inconvenientes, en este lugar no me juzgaron o se predispusieron a nada con ella. Todo cargado de amor.
