Dryslwyn Cabins are only six minutes off J35 M4. They are newly built and fully insulated with gas central heating. They are log cabins, entirely constructed from timber, which gives off a beautiful natural scent. They are located in secluded countryside in close proximity of the owner's property, looking out onto fields where ponies graze. Their position puts them in easy reach of the coast, the City of Cardiff and The Bay and many more places of interest to visit, all within 30 minutes drive!

The Retreat Cottage

This cottage is set next to our house, with its own driveway, which parks 2/3 cars. The garden is semi enclosed, which is great for dogs, with a stream running through it.. There is a patio area with furniture for outside dining and a bbq. The nearest pub, The Maenllwyd Inn, is approx. 15 min walk via the road or a little longer through the woods. There is also a driveway leading into a wood which is perfect for strolls over to the nearby Draethen and Ruperra Castle and the beautiful views.

Our cottage is a lounge/Kitchen that is light & airy with French doors leading to the patio, I supply milk, Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, cake, biscuits, We have a washing machine & Tumble dryer in the kitchen, These are NOT for use of one Night Stays, Only for guests staying 4 days or longer. Upstairs, double bedroom, TV, Hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, bedside cabinets lamps, Iron & ironing Board. Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. The hosts normally live in the property and offer guests the choice of having either hosted accommodation or completely self-contained accommodation (the former with continental breakfast, local knowledge and free 'taxi' rides into town).

There is a small kitchen area in the same room, a table, armchair, TV, space for working and a separate wet room with pull down shower chair. The appartment has it's own front door with lock lowered. Host has basic BSL. Free parking.
