Really great location specific to my needs for being in the area. Plenty of parking outside, and as for the unit itself it was much larger than anticipated from the pictures so that was an added bonus! Great stay that I'd recommend and gladly visit again given the opportunity to.

We were in town for a funeral as a family of 4. Patrick was very kind to set up air mattresses for both of my boys. All the amenities were provided for a most comfortable and easy stay. Would recommend 100%. Our family is from this area, it is nice to see a historical site beautifully renovated into something for people to enjoy. Located in a walkable cute square with cute shops.

An amazing place. We had both Shepherd's Place and Black River and could not have asked for more. Plenty of space and private bath for each bedroom was just awesome! Watched the eclipse outside and the privacy was incredible. No crowds! Thank you to our incredible host!

absolutely everything we needed, walking distance from weaver cafe, very open spacious, beds were very comfy, easily best place we've stayed at in Missouri, when we come back hopefully we can stay here again!

Great place to stay in Salem! Very clean and close to everything we needed to get to. Communication with Mark was easy and very helpful!

This place was perfect. I had originally planned a trip a couple of weeks ago but it snowed so I had to cancel. Chris was so helpful and helped me get a full refund. I knew at that point that when I did decide to rebook if his place was available it would be where I stayed. It was great. Everyone raved about the bed. It lived up to the hype. I would definitely recommend his place and the next time I come back I will stay there again.

Christy's place as everything we expected. Everything worked as it should and the place was perfect for our stay. Nice living room and kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Nice to park right at front. Location was conveniently located close to grocery store, restaurants, gas etc. Would definitely stay there again.

It felt like home, everything about the home was really beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. All in all the great was stay. Owner was very responsive.

The apartment itself was great, only real complaint is the strong cigarette smell inside. The parking area had exposed/open wiring panels and trash everywhere. But the host was wonderful, as well as the apartment itself.

Christine’s place was so nice, clean and comfortable. It’s I. A good location. Walking distance to everything. Christine responds right away and was a wonderful host. 💓

We enjoyed the aesthetic and space for two people. We were comfortable and had all of the things we needed to make it comfortable during our stay.

Heather provided a clean and comfortable home. Her listing was thorough and we thought knew what to expect. When we walked in, it was more than expected with thoughtful touches of welcome. It smelled good too. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Our dogs enjoyed walking on the path when it wasn’t raining. We have family in West Plains and look forward to returning to the area…and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This little apartment was perfect for my family of five. It was super clean and exactly as described. There were plenty of linens and laundry supplies. What a great little place. We will stay again!

I had no problems with my apartment, but I found Investment Realty to be very responsive to any requests I had, always promptly returning any calls from me.

The place is as advertised. Worked great for our shootout weekend. The boat slip is a little rough with waves coming in, but we enjoyed our stay.

Rocking Chair Resort was perfect for our stay near Lake Norfork. Jane was helpful as I was looking for last minute availability on a busy weekend. The cabin was clean and comfortable!
