This tiny home Houseboat is the perfect getaway for a couple looking to spend some memorable time together. Situated just 25 minutes from BNA, the Natus Ex Spiritu is completely unique, and crafted for a relaxing stay on the water, with a nearby restuarant a walk away. Our houseboat is equipped with a double bed, transformable into a booth-style oak table, on demand hot shower with acacia wood floor, air conditioning, a propane burner stove and all the kitchen essentials for a meal for two.

Have to have a boat to get to the house. Great place to get away and relax and enjoy being on the water. If you don’t have a boat Whitman hollow has anything you need to rent to get there. Best wings on the lake. Ice maker. Lake water pump with filter & UV treatment system. All bedding towels and washer/dryer for your convenience. The deck has a grill and patio furniture for your entertainment. A few board games. Blue ray player The place is professionally cleaned after each stay.

Immaculate 70' Houseboat easy walk to DT Knox

Tired of staying in the same old stuffy boring hotel room? So were we so we decided to own our own Houseboat on the Tennessee River, where we could walk to just about everything. The “Moonlight Madness” is docked at Volunteer Landing Marina in Knox. The marina is steps away from award winning “Ruth’s Chris” steakhouse and Calhoun’s On the River. We provide free parking pass, golf cart, 2 kayaks, 1 SUP, 2 cruiser bikes. We're in a covered slip but you can sun bath off the stern deck.

Slip Away - Floating House on Lake Cumberland

We offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a sleeper sofa with a queen size bed, a loft with 3 queen size beds, and 1 full bath with walk-in shower. Enjoy relaxing on the large attached private patio which includes a 3 seat glider, two adirondack chairs, two chaise lounge chairs, a bench, and an outdoor shower. If you have a boat (up to 27ft), you can tie off to the house and never take your boat back out of the water. Starlink high speed Wi-Fi, Roku TV's in every room for downtime.

The Volunteer Landing Marina is centrally located in downtown Knoxville with an abundance of restaurants, activities, and sightseeing closeby! Knox Greenway walking and biking trail runs behind the marina. Neyland Stadium and Thompson Boling area are in walking distance. Pets w/approval and fee applies.

You won’t forget your adorable little “boat house” vaca! THE HOUSE IS FLOATING ON THE WATER & CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY WATER. You must either bring your own boat OR kayak OR rent a pontoon boat. Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. Please note there is no wifi. Lots of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals. All day water fun outside with kayaks, lily pad, & floats. Located at Powell Valley Marina in LaFolette! QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am

Another Day in Paradise - Floating Cottage

Welcome to Norris Lake! This great little cottage is floating on the lake within Whitman Hollow Marina. The home can only be accessed by boat, if you don’t have your own Whitman Hollow offers boat rentals, just call them in advance to reserve. Parking at the marina is free. If you have a boat the launch ramp is right around the corner from the marina and is also free. Jump (or slide) right off the dock into the lake!
