My cabin is a one-of-a-kind experience to share with close friends and family. The cabin is an A-framed loft style dwelling made from pine milled saddle-notch logs. There is plenty of outdoor space which includes front and covered side porches, pasture, a fire pit and hammock for relaxation that you'll be sure to enjoy!

Need a change of view? Unplug, and relax in this independent private cottage on the homestead. Watch for deer, turkeys and birds in the field from the sunroom or take a hike around the farm. Centered in wine country, an ideal weekend escape, or day trips to the mountains, DC or points south. Also, a perfect solution for accommodating xtra family at get-to-gathers, wedding guest, or your "Halfway overnight stay" traveler North/ South or to the beach. Price increases due to new service fees.

Stonewall Abbey Apartment

This beautifully well lit contemporary apartment is located above Stonewall Abbey Wellness in vibrant downtown Sperryville. Private entrance leads you to a gorgeous apartment with a fully supplied kitchen, warm electric fireplace and outdoor eating area (small gas grill). The space is perfect for a couple or two friends to take in our local flavors, such as hiking, mountain/gravel biking, or catching up over beverages from our local breweries and wineries. We welcome pets: $50.00 pet deposit.

Huge fireplace for warm evenings (extra charge for wood/cleaning), beautiful night sky and 10 foot beamed ceilings, 2 decks, walks around the lake. Cozy and comfortable formal with a first floor bedroom, if you have trouble with steps this home may be challenging. Pets allowed on a case by case basis, on a leash at all times outdoors and in restricted areas.

This cottage at Grateful View is conveniently located in beautiful Madison Co. Accessible to Rt 29 and centrally located to local breweries, wineries (across from Prince Michel), and hiking. A few local places to visit include: Bald Top Brewing Company, Early Mountain Vineyard, the Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park (Old Rag Mtn and White Oak Falls). An easy 15-minute drive to Culpeper or 35-minute drive to Charlottesville with historical sites, restaurants, and antique shops not far.

Bison Farm - Cabin "Brisa"

Bison Farm cabin in a very secluded section toward the back side of a 300 acre working bison farm. This is a tiny home Park Model with 400 sq. ft. and a nice spacious covered deck providing an outdoor living room. The kitchen has a 2-burner induction cook-top, a convection oven that is also a microwave and a small refrigerator and freezer two drawer unit that has decent space but is not a full sized appliance. Note: bison rotate pastures daily. Please don't expect them in your cabin view.

A beautiful old farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The 1880 farmhouse sits on a small stream that runs through the entire fifty-five acre property. The house is clean, minimally decorated, with pasture views out of every window. The farm is located 80 miles from Washington DC and just down the road from Sperryville, Shenandoah National Park, Old Rag Mountain, Luray Caverns, The Inn at Little Washington and other local attractions.
