A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

An ideal location to access the Lake District, Borders and the Yorkshire Dales. The Eden Valley also has a wide range of places to visit and things to do. An ideal base for walking, cycling, fishing, motorcycling, eating out, sailing, kayaking and for taking time to explore the county on day trips.

Tongue Cottage is a delightful one bedroomed property in Watermillock. An area of outstanding natural beauty within the Lake District National Park, only a mile from Ullswater. It provides a unique location for walking, honeymoons, or romantic getaways and is perfect for that special anniversary, birthday or simply for those just wanting to relax. Located next to the owners’ home, but still maintaining solitude and privacy, the cottage is surrounded by open fields and is a haven for wildlife.

The Old Tannery

A traditional sandstone barn conversion, with a sheltered garden in the beautiful village of Temple Sowerby. Located in the Eden Valley you will be well placed for trips to the Lakes or the Dales. In the village there is a local pub offering 'Day Fishing Licences' on the local river, a church and 'The House at Temple Sowerby' if you prefer some 'Fine Dining'. A short beautiful walk will bring you to 'Acorn Bank' National Trust House, with spectacular walks along the river and a tea room.

This recently renovated barn is in a country setting a mile from Orton village in the Westmorland Dales bordering the Lake District National park. Approx 5 minutes from J38 &39 of M6, in easy reach of Orton village’s amenities of pub, cafe, shop, chocolate factory and local farm shop. Ideal as base a for exploring the local area or a stopover en-route to & from the north. Dogs welcome with enclosed garden and walks from the doorstep. Furnished with a Kingsize bed, bedside shelves and a mirror this studio offers everything you need. The bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower and modern tiles. The skylight above allows natural light to stream into the property.

Attached to the owners’ home, offering superb holiday accommodation, ideally positioned for exploring the Lake District & within walking distance of the town’s amenities - shops, cafes & restaurants/pubs. Jitty is open plan complete with kitchen, living room, bathroom and gallery bedroom with a small outdoor seating area to rear. Open plan layout is not suitable for children.

Quiet village location, Off road parking , you will have your own separate entrance and outdoor seating , includes a king size bed, seating area with 32” tv with Freeview , fridge, crockery (please do note there is no hob or oven ) sofa bed available on request . A perfect location for exploring the Eden valley and the Lake District
