great stay, great location. There was construction next door but they offered late check-out and the construction isn't in their control so everything was great

The grandkids were not only allowed but welcomed in that there were toys and beach stuff there for them. We didn't need to take the portable cot as one was provided which was better and bigger than the portable one so made more room in the car. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect. Directly opposite a playground and the beach both of which we spent loads of time at. Found our new favourite picnic spot nearby, but the location will just have to be our secret. It was a very relaxing special place to be with our son and his family. Fluer also allowed our other son and his partner to visit.

We stay for a weekend with our family and pets at Ben’s property. His house was pristine, the pool and spa pool were the highlight of the weekend for the whole family and was very easy to operate. His home and amenities were great and the property had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was stocked, the utility was stocked and the fridge had a very generous amount of drinks on off to us.The home was very clean and had ample towels to use. Ben was amazing at keeping in touch and checking to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. He went above and beyond for us. I will definitely book to stay in Ben’s property again!

We enjoyed our stay in the lovely house, the view was magnificent. The living area is spacious, also with ocean views. 10 mins walk to the nearest beach, good for the kids. The drive way was steep, be careful when going in and out.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would have. From the moment we booked, Jenny was always very responsive and helpful. Check-in and checkout instructions were easy. The house has to be one of the best air bnb's that we have been too. The house was quaint and the view is to die for. Location to the beach was fantastic - a quick 1 min walk from the back gate. Living areas were spacious. What stood out for us and made us go wow, was the kitchen and the amount of thought that was put in to provide all different types of cooking utensils and appliances. The pantry was by far the best that I have seen, it had all types of condiments, herbs & spices, pasta, flour to name a few things, which was a huge surprise and shows the level of care that Jenny has put into this house. There was plenty of board games, card etc. It is located a quick 5 min drive to Woolworths and cafe's if needed, but we really didn't have to leave the property, which is exactly what we wanted.

We had a great weekend away with family over the Easter long weekend! The property was very spacious and on a quiet street. It caters for the whole family (board games, a river to walk along, fishing, water activities, Foxtel and an outdoor area to relax and hang out. The kitchen had all the essential appliances/condiments including a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Great Location - An 18-minute drive to Nowra, 3 3-minute drive to Seven Mile Beach - Shoalhaven Heads, Local IGA, a 10-minute drive to Berry and a scenic drive to neighbouring areas (Gerringong and Kiama). Dianne is a great host and very responsive to all queries. A card was handwritten and personalised on arrival, which was a nice touch. Thank you, for allowing us to stay at your home. We loved it, and will definitely visit again!

We absolutely LOVED Jenna & Joel’s place! We all felt so comfortable and it was a real home away from home. The kids absolutely loved the pool & I adored the location. A great stay at well described and viewed place, featuring all amenities. Huge living areas, very spacious for privacy or inclusions. Fantastic outdoor living area and dining, with excellent clean pool and surrounding garden area. Close to beach location and food options within walking distance. Would recommend and definitely book again.

Very clean and heaps of space. Very relaxing! Great for entertaining. The only thing we could fault is the steps inside and outside because they are higher than normal steps.

We had a lovely stay at Rebecca’s place with my family. The house is beautiful with lovely styling and everything you would need for a comfortable stay including a high chair for kids and even some books and toys. The pool was a hit with the kids, as was the wood-fired pizza oven. There is a great bike path out the front, which was perfect for getting out on the scooters with the kids. There is also a great playground and kids’ skate park closer into town. The beach is beautiful and is perfect for a morning stroll; however, it is a bit rough for kids, so we went to Callala Bay, which is about 15 minutes away by car, which is a wonderful toddler beach. Rebecca is great with communication. We had an issue where the gas ran out and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. Rebecca even dropped off some Easter treats to thank us for the trouble!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 families with small children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and appreciated the property having some toys and books available. Will definitely be saving this as a favourite place for us to return.

Great place to stay with kids. Location great and the outdoor area was the best with the pool . Slide and the spa. Pizza oven as a hit! Will be back for sure. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Snack food and wine basket was a nice touch.

This was the perfect Airbnb for a mini break with our group of friends and kids. The house has everything you could ever think of, toys, books, linen, towels, cooking utensils. There is a short walk to the beach from the property and we often encountered horses on the way, just lovely. The outdoor area with the bbq and fire pit was used for almost every meal and was a great spot for us all to hang out. It was a truly memorable stay and we already look forward to the next stay!

We loved our stay at Bella Blu! We went to celebrate 20 years of our friendship group and loved every minute - our only regret is that we didn’t book it for longer! Everything you need is there, and coles is just a 2 minute drive up the road. Lots of great local cafes and licensed premises for every meal, but if you choose to stay in, it’s all there for you. None of us had been to this part of Australia before, despite living just a few hours away. We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was of such high quality — no cheap or basic furnishings here, just thoughtful touches and beautiful decor throughout. The location was unbeatable — right on a quiet, peaceful beach. It was so relaxing to wake up and walk along the shore each morning and evening. As the host recommended, we visited the local café just a few minutes walk away, and it was extraordinary — great cakes, coffee, and such a lovely vibe. Shaenah was warm, helpful, and very responsive, which made everything easy and stress-free. We’d absolutely love to come back — highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Mel and Alana were very responsive throughout our stay which made things very smooth. We loved the location - close to the shops, on the beach and main walking path - although being on (a regional town's) main road made a couple of the bedrooms a little noisier in a morning. The TV was enormous, and the house very well appointed. It was easy to store our bikes, body boards, and canoe on the property during our stay. We had 6 people staying and felt this was a full house, which included use of the studio. While we had a great time, I wouldn't stay here with any larger a group. We would definitely consider staying at this house again.

We had three lovely nights at Jeana’s place. It’s super close to everything. The pool is amazing - the fire pit would be awesome in winter too. My partner also loved the yoga studio. The house is completely sun drenched and in a very central location. Brilliant kitchen if you want to cook too. We would definitely come back!

The Tulip house was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and cafe. Clean, cozy and quiet. Would definitely be back!

Such a beautiful house and only a few steps to the sand - so easy to walk to the beach with kids and our dog. We had a wonderful stay. Loved sitting on the balcony looking out to sea. Emily’s house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay - we could tell that a lot of thought had been put into making the house a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The beaches are simply glorious - perfect for long walks, surfing, rolling down dunes, playing in warm rock pools, swimming and dog walking. We loved the hot outdoor shower and the back gate for easy beach access. Peaceful place and beautiful natural surrounds. Emily was happy to accommodate an early checkin and late check out so that was a real bonus (felt like we had an extra day to enjoy our holiday). Thanks Emily, we’ll definitely be back!

Kim and Phil’s place stood out for cleanliness and was walkable to the beach and town. Kim and Phil themselves went above and beyond in their helpfulness and friendliness. We would definitely love to stay at Beach on Barclay again!

Had a great stay, the house was spotless and spacious for our party of 6 adults. Good kitchen and bbq to cook our nightly meals. Lovely beach view from veranda for lunch and afternoon drinks. Short walk down to beach and cafe. Thank you Dean for our very enjoyable stay.

We just had a lovely 3 nights at Barefoot House at Culburra. Susannah was a lovely host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is just beautiful. It was warm and welcoming as soon as you open the door and see the lake sparkling through the windows. The house is so well styled and it just feels relaxing which is what the wknd was about. A lovely place to spend time with family, close to the beach, 15 mins walk to the shops which has a really cool brewery and coffee shops. All the rooms have big comfortable beds which is also what you want for a relaxing break. A really great place to stay! Highly recommend the house to anyone. Thanks Susannah again for being a great host.
