Villa for rent in Cucuron, in the Luberon. It is located 10 minutes walk from this authentic village where all the shops are present (spar, bakeries, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, cinema, hairdresser, cash point...). Market on Tuesday morning. Cucuron is close to charming villages like Ansouis, Cabrières d'Aigues, Vaugines, Lourmarin, Lauris... Overlooking the olive trees, the villa enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the Sainte Victoire. It is located on a plot of 3000 m2 planted with fifty olive trees. A 5x10 swimming pool has been created, heated and accessible from the beginning of May to the end of september. (depending of the weather) The house has 4 double bedrooms for 8 adults maximum and 1 dormitory with 4 single beds for 4 children. 4 shower rooms and 4 toilets. Living room, dining room and equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) The living rooms open onto a sheltered south-facing terrace of 40 m2. Gas griddle (Forge Adour). Petanque ground, ping pong table in the garden! We point out that small children must always be under the supervision of adults whether on the suspended terrace (surrounded by railings of course) and also at the swimming pool…. Bed linen, bath and pool towels provided. Cleaning is included. On the other hand, we ask our guests to empty their trash, do their dishes and empty the dishwasher. Between the months of October and April, we carry out an electricity meter reading upon the arrival and departure of travelers. The kwh is re-billed at the current rate. This is to raise awareness of overconsumption of heating. Finally, the neighborhood is residential and quiet. Our guests are invited to respect this tranquility! Le studio sur les toits au cœur du Luberon

Notre maison est située au centre de Vaugines , petit village paisible. Le studio avec accès indépendant au dernier étage muni d'une terrasse avec vue sur les toits, la Ste Victoire et le jardin. A deux minutes , la place de la fontaine avec la Mairie, le restaurants l'Insitio (pour les gourmets) et le café (pizzeria). En 10 et 30 mns vous serez à Lourmarin, la Roque d'Anthèron, Aix en Provence lieux de festivals prestigieux. Vous profiterez des chemins, sentiers, routes sillonnant le Luberon.
