It was our first trip to Florida for a month. The place was everything it said and more. From the beautiful home, beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and soaker tub I felt like I was at a spa. The backyard was so private. We had bikes to use and we did take advantage. We rode our bikes to the main square several times. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly. She responded to my questions/ comments in a very efficient manner. I would recommend the place. Give a 5 star+++

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, larger than expected and well stocked with essentials. The backyard was like a tropical oasis, with beautiful plants, lush trees, and a sandy area. The jacuzzi was nice to enjoy in the backyard as well. Magdi and Bill are very nice hosts, and answered any questions that came up during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The surroundings were beautiful, on site restaurants fun with good food, ample parking, great location, comfie bed and nice furnishings. Loved coming back to this space. Beach access is to local beaches not from the site, but that was the only disappointment. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. I hope to come back!

It was just as described, clean, lay out was perfect. Over all location was perfect! downtown port richie is always hoppin, close to all beaches. Ya really cant ask for anything more. A night out, too a relax in the pool And a realistic price!

We have stayed at Taylor’s house before and are never disappointed. It’s one of our favorite vacation spots!

Absolutely loved this spot, the pictures don’t do justice. Beautiful town, accessible to amazing places - with the golf cart, it’s easy to get to some of the parks and various shorelines for fishing. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place, great views of the preserve. We are recurrent guests, we love the area, the neighborhood, the local restaurants. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We will be coming back sometime this year :)

Definitely a great place for the price, basic 2 beds 2 bath roomy Florida home. Everything was as expected also has double garage for added space!! I am on a budget as Abnb fees are high, and was very pleased

We had a great time at this location. It was in a lovely wooded neighborhood that was safe and had access to the Rainbow River. We used a lot of the toys provided by the host including the golf cart and the boat trailer to get the kayaks to the river. The house had just what we needed for sleeping comfortably and relaxing at the end of the day. We didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen or fire pit but it was very kind to provide wood for the fire pit! The kitchen had a nice stove as well! The host was also very very attentive and responsive to questions. They made sure we checked in even though we arrived much later than expected. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone wanting to spend time on the river. The private community access was a huge bonus and benefit!

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

The treehouse bungalow is located rught on a canal. Three kayaks go along with the rental. Boat tours/ rentals are right on site along with a local artist/ ceramic shop and Two Pops sandwich shop. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. My grandsons fished all day. We had a very relaxing stay. We kayaked the canal and fished one day, than enjoyed a swim with the manatees adventure, the next day.

We enjoyed our stay at Beth’s place. The house was squeaky clean and we felt at home. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We had our dog with us and she was welcomed in Beth’s home and we really appreciated that option. It is the perfect location for a visit to Tarpon Springs. It was an easy walk to town which has a couple local coffee shops, restaurants and even a book store; And an even shorter walk to the Sponge docks.

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Mary was a fantastic host! the home itself was great. We got it on the kayak, fished, and played in the pool and it son loved it all. it's right off 19 but you don't hear the highway noise.

We very much enjoyed staying at Danita’s place and would stay there again. It was nice having a garage to park the car and my wife loved the bathroom and shower.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

This was the second time we were at this location. It impressed us just as much as the first time we stayed there. We will return. The house and pool are kept very clean and both are well decorated. You have the feeling you are in one of the better rentals Airbnb offers.

My family and I had a wonderful experience, and will surely stay again when we visit Florida.

Our first time using Airbnb and first time to The Villages and Joan was an amazing host as she walked us through every step of the way. And her place was amazing with so many amenities. She covers every detail to make sure guests enjoy their stay! She definitely set the bar high for any future Airbnb experiences. What a blessing she is!

Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!

We opted to stay at the Crabby cottage since my wife’s parents live in the villages. The house was just down the street from them, which was great. The home was beautiful and we didn’t wanna go home. There was no noise neighborhood was peaceful.
