A duplex apartment on two levels, situated in a fabulous Victorian church conversion, with generous living spaces and unique deluxe features, two bedrooms (one with an en-suite), private bathroom, huge open-plan kitchen and dining area w/ pool table and lounge, and another lounge at the top level. It has secure double entry and private indoor car park.

Little Garden Room, London, SE21

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

This bright and airy flat features a large window door that opens fully—on warm days, you’ll feel like you’re outside while still enjoying the comfort of indoors! It’s a peaceful, quiet space—perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Thornton Heath Station is just a few minutes away, with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge, making it easy to reach central London. The flat has fast Wi-Fi, and there’s free street parking available. Please note: small gatherings or parties are not allowed.

A modern but cosy flat situated in a central location, just a few minutes walk away from all the amenities, shops and nightlife of Brick Lane, with Spitalfields and Shoreditch only a few moments further away. Tower Bridge and the river Thames is also only a 15 minutes walk. There is very fast and reliable for remote working! The sofa can be converted to a single bed, an extra duvet and bedding can be provided for a small charge, please ask if you need so! Please note no check in after 10pm.

With two cozy living areas, open the doors to the garden and invite the outdoors in. I’m a chef, my husband is a musician, and our family of artists has their work proudly displayed throughout the space 25 minute train to London Bridge, Victoria or Waterloo. 4 train stations nearby and the bus to Trafalgar Square leaves outside the front door!

The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room.
