V comfortable apartment. Great location

This was our 2nd time staying in St John. This visit we brought our 6 & 4 year old with us! Stacey’s unit was everything we needed! The front desk concierge were so friendly. We actually arrived before check in and used their bathroom so we could immediately go to the beach. They offered to hold our luggage but we just kept it in our jeep rental until check in! We jumped in the pool every day, walked to dinner and ice cream every night. Her unit has a great parking spot right by the pool and elevator. Her locker of beach gear was useful for Long Beach days. The unit itself was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. The washer and dryer in the unit worked great. The beach cooler and beach towels were an added bonus for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to travel to St. John! Teresa is a wonderful and extraordinarily helpful owner. She reached out to me soon after my booking and assisted me to find additional units for our large family for the same week in her resort. Having returned from the vacation in St Thomas, all I can say is that her lovely unit and the resort within it is located far exceeded my expectations in every way. It is fabulous. The sleeping capacity was about 6 and included 3 bathrooms. The unit is very spacious and the view from the 2 terraces is gorgeous, overlooking the property to the water. Teresa's suggestions for restaurants near by, activities to engage in etc were so very helpful to a group which had never been to the island before. All the adults in our group said, "we cannot wait to go back!" Thank you Teresa.

We enjoyed the lovely views and the peaceful, welcoming neighbors. My only complaint was that the beds were really firm, which isn't my preferred kind of mattress.

Exactly as described. Great to have adjoining condos for our trip with friends. Plenty of snorkel gear, towels, etc. Sapphire Beach is absolutely beautiful. Just 5 minutes to Red Hook for our scuba trip, dinner out, and ferry to St. John. Mary is spot on with communication and thoughtful amenities. Loved it.

Extraordinary! Larissa's home is convenient to restaurants, shops, and the St. John ferry. The home is contemporary with a well-appointed kitchen and extremely comfortable beds. Whether enjoying a sunrise from the balcony, strolling along the beach, or walking to one of many restaurants - this property has it all. Most importantly, Larissa is an excellent host - she went above and beyond with communication and hospitality, ensuring we had everything we needed for a special birthday celebration in the Virgin Islands. 5+ stars!

Look no further than Paradise Palms...you just cannot beat this property. From the view - OMG the view!! - to the comfort, it really felt like a home away from home...just in paradise. Rent your jeep, stop at the the Market for groceries and your set for the perfect getaway. The community is quiet and tucked away, but not far from anything. Nothing on St. Thomas is far from anything. Paradise Palms ticked every mark on our list. Stocked with toiletries, kitchen goodies, a grill and a patio you'll never want to leave. Mark quickly responded to all of my questions as did their property manager, Cathy. The way both condos were situated next to each other gave us plenty of room to spread apart and plenty of room to hang out together. The condos are completely separate, with separate entrances, but right next to each other. We will definitely be back on St. Thomas one day, and this will be the first place we look to stay.

This place was absolute paradise! The location right by the beach couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps from the sand and crystal-clear water. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the view each morning was truly unforgettable. The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was super responsive and made us feel right at home, offering great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. Whether you’re looking to unwind on the beach, explore the island, or just enjoy some peace and quiet with a killer view, this spot has it all. Can’t wait to come back!

Do not hesitate! Book Jonathan’s place! It was perfection! In an optimal location on the best part of the island! Smuggler’s Cove ended up being our favorite beach (and the best snorkeling!) and we felt very fortunate to have it so close. Walking distance to Long Bay’s bar and restaurant, which were beautiful and delicious. The views from the house cannot be beat! If we ever end up back on Tortola, we will absolutely stay here again!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

great location. loved the gated community. was clean and beautiful with excellent view. nice easy check in process. very spacious and clean rooms. had a library of books about local area. landscaping was beautiful. the community pool and pool table were great. wish we could have used the pool table in commons area before noon or after 9:00pm some days. originally thought we wanted to stay in Coral Bay area away from the crowds, but after driving all over the island we were glad we didn't because that whole coral Bay area smelled like sulfur. we cooked the majority of our meals. the place was well stocked with spices. the cook top was a bit hard to figure put for us since we have a gas stove at home. if you like infrared cook tops, then you are set. the y had a dishwasher and good fridge and nice microwave. pots were good but pans could be better. had one stainless steel pan that was not non stick. the only nonstick pan was warped because someone probably left it heated on stove without food and then put cold water on it in the sink while hot. Knives were okay. plenty of counter space. dining table was really neat. bathrooms were super sweet all 3 with awesome showers. washer and dryer was wonderful. ac worked well. TV options were great. veranda was awesome for morning breakfast and evening sunset meals. BBQ grill is a nice weber with clean grates and full propane tank but had to use a match to light one side. grilled a couple meals. although this was higher price range than I would have liked, it was overall a phenomenal place to stay. if in your budget, I wouldn't think twice. you will be happy with this booking.

The place is just a 15 min walk to Megan's Bay but be warned that the walk is on the side of the road and there isn't a side walk but it was doable. Our AC broke the first night but they were able to get us a new room and the property is stunning with amazing views. Northside grind is a great place to get breakfast/lunch and the bar and grill on the property is good as well. Overall we loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!

This was our first time staying in St.John. The place was perfect and the view was amazing. The complex is gated, private, and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, deck, playing pool, talking to the concierge, and drinks- there is a chef but didnt get a chance to use. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler also came in handy. We spent our days on hikes and at the beaches. Every trail ends at a great beach (Brown, Reef, and Ram- our favorite hikes)! Evenings we had dinner in cruz bay. Many places do allow for reservations. If you hike make sure you bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, and good shoes. We snorkled at all the beaches. We used the markets to buy groceries-the room has microwave fridge with a freezer! We did have a jeep which I would recommend if staying here and wanting to get around the island. We walked to town once but the roads are steep. The host was awesome and I look forward to planning a return trip!

I usually don't give reviews but this one was perfect! Close to red hook and the property itself is exactly what we needed in a vacation home. Everything was well thought out.

This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.

Not many 2 bed 2 bath accommodations at Sapphire. This was great for the family. Enjoyed watching the marina boats and the Caribbean Sea. Lots of water sports. Boat charters wave runners, sailing. The reef on the far side of the beach had tons of fish. Very close to Linguist beach as well. Red hook just a half mile away was a great spot for shopping and night life. The place was maintained well. the power outages are all over the island. Love the doors to the restrooms with the frosted glass when the power is out. The chairs and umbrella and snorkel gear were great assets. plenty of hot water for four. two Balconies. great couch outside. Saudi’s bar and grill was our favorite for food on the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location! It took us a little bit of time to find the location. It’s right next to St. Thomas’s yacht club. Once we arrived and checked in, we were pleasantly surprised it looked just like the photos. Me and My Husband stood 30 days. This is the first time I stayed at an Airbnb. I am so thrilled we did. The convenience of having a kitchen, a washer and dryer the freedom to come and go as you please. Nathan’s project manager Brittany was wonderful and took care of any mishap that will occur. The beds were extremely comfortable. He had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Thank you again so much, Nathan. We definitely will be back in the future. You can’t beat the Location . the restaurants and so many attractions are endless .

From beginning to end Shan was responsive and helpful. I text him when we left the airport and we were met by a gentleman who opened up the condo. The place was immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. A/C wall units were on and it was nice and cool when we got in. There is a cute porch with a table and 4 chairs outside. Not a great view of the water but peaceful surroundings. Would have loved a couple of lounge chairs but it didn’t really matter…we just brought out two more chairs and had bfast outside. We swam in the pool which was nice and clean also. Very happy with the accommodations and if we find ourselves in Tortola again I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

My family of 4 stayed at Jazmin’s sapphire beach condo over Feb school break. It’s our second time staying in these condos as the location can’t be beat! Being so close to the beach, pool and Sapphire restaurants, it is an easy way to spend the day right there. Redhook is only a few minutes drive for access to many more amenities and the ferry. The condo is very nice, clean, comfortable and well stocked with linens, towels and beach items for the kids. Host was fast at answering my questions too. It was everything we could have asked for!

We selected this unit for Spring Break for our family of 5. We had no problem finding the complex, accessing the gate, and unit itself with the instructions provided. The views from both bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, and the master bathroom were all stunning! The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect-close to our favorite St Thomas beach-Maghen’s Bay and close to several restaurants. It was so nice to not have to pack beach towels and chairs as well as snorkel gear and beach toys. We enjoyed our stay immensely and didn’t want to leave. There was a huge back up in security check at the airport so unfortunately, we missed our flight. We were unable to get another flight for 5 people for 2 days. I immediately called the host Megan, and fortunately, this same unit was available. She made a stressful situation less stressful and we just extended our vacation for 2 more days. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute studio styled air b&b right next to the margaritaville resort. Felt very safe walking around the village into the restaurant right around. Owners left a binder with helpful recommendations and details as we stayed. Definitely recommend. My mother and I such a lovely time here.

This place was a perfect fit for our group of 7 on a girl's trip. It was very spacious in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Especially for a group of girls! The large kitchen island was perfect for our gathering space and also or catch all space. We never felt crowded. The natural lighting and the ocean views were amazing! The beach was not over crowded and there were plenty of lounge chairs. The water is very calm and warm. There are two restaurants on the beach. One is an outside restaurant with a beach bar. Snorkel, paddle board and kayak rentals are available from the beach hut. This place was a 30-40 minute taxi ride from the airport. It is not walkable to anywhere. Definitely a great spot if you don't plan on leaving the area. There is security at the entrance of the neighborhood at night time.
