Set in a quiet private road, only a few minutes walk from the beautiful sands and surf of Croyde beach and a short walk from the pubs, restaurants & shops of this picturesque Devon village. The House is upside down living with a large vaulted open plan living space upstairs, leading to a large balcony. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms; one en-suite, plus a bathroom and garden.
