My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay of 3 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was really enjoyable spending time in such a spacious, tranquille space, in excellent condition, thoughtfully decorated, so well furnished and equipped, and needless to say spotlessly clean. It was a fantastic first experience also for my son to feed the checking, and collect and eat their eggs. Thank you for welcoming us.

The house is beautiful, very clean, we had everything we needed. It is the nicest and cleanest house we have stayed in on vacation.I would definitely recommend, the area is very beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at Lee's property, it's very private and spacious and the hot tub down on the decking surrounded by trees gave us a feeling of peace and tranquility, the arga style cooker was very useful and we really enjoyed the convenience of it, all in all I would highly recommend it, the pictures on the listing are great but they don't do it justice.

Overall had a lovely stay, had only one extremely minor issues with the dishwasher, but was honestly no problem at all (Hence the 5 stars!). Nice and private, rarely if ever bothered by passers by or ramblers. Nice amenities in the lodge, and hot tub was lovely. Parking was a little tight, but nice to have our own space while visiting. Honestly had a fab stay!

The place was spotless and great for a big group to stay. The property was lovely and modern, being a comfortable place to chill in. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the utensils that we needed. Highly recommended!
