Welcome to the Cuyuna Wattage Cottage! We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

Adventure Studio

The Adventure Studio is like stepping into a treehouse that boasts stunning views and a cozy relaxing deck overlooking 200' of shoreline on a great fishing lake. Inside enjoy views from two full walls of windows, a skylight and vaulted ceilings. Well appointed kitchen for a several day stay. A fire pit, pedal boat, paddleboards, wooded acreage, a mile long nature hiking, biking trail and access to other adventures. All on a quiet tree lined road, perfect for peaceful strolls at sunset.

Includes full kitchen, washer/dryer, patio, bbq supplies in shed, bike cleaning station, hose, LOCKED BIKE STORAGE (see important note in other details section below), E-bike charging outlet (115V/20A inside storage unit), and EV car charging at 115V/20A. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.
