Kristen was a wonderful host, we could tell she really cares about what she does. Everything was cleaned and stocked very well. It is located only a few minutes from some very good eats! We will definitely be staying here again!

I love staying here. Fun hosts. Beautiful place. Walking distance to a couple of my favorite restaurants. (105 Social and O'Malleys). Easy drive into CO Springs.

Geordan’s place was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet, cute, and very close to stores. It was exactly what my husband and I needed for visiting family for Thanksgiving. We will definitely be back again.

The basement apartment is just as described. Valerie is a great host and is great at communicating. She also has lots of little things to make you feel at home and in case you may have forgotten something. We had plenty of space and could easily cook meals. We love how close it was to the Broadmoor where we had a conference and that we could just walk up the hill.

We loved the cute cottage-like feel of the apartment. It was within easy driving distance to so many great sights to see, as well as restaurants. Ez responded quickly to a few questions we had and was very friendly. We loved the area! Thank you!

The views are perfect! We saw a deer one morning. The pristine downstairs apartment has access via outside stairs. Jacque is wonderful and responds very quickly. The location is wonderful! The photo of an entire house is misleading- (it’s not the whole home-It’s also has no oven/stovetop )

I had an amazing stay at María’s Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. María was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The location was perfect, and I felt at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great experience!

Beautiful spot. The cafe is fairly quiet (September). Very quiet neighborhood close to great hiking trails.

Jacqui’s place was the perfect getaway tucked in Colorado Springs. Myself my cousin and niece (under two) enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave! The air bnb was stocked with snacks and everything we needed for the baby like a pack and play, towels, kids toys,etc. Jacqui was extremely responsive when we had questions or needed recommendations. Highly recommend!

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

The place was lovely and just as described. The only issue we had was that the sofa bed did not work. I think one section was broken. However, we were busy and never reported it, so didn’t really expect it to be fixed.

Lara is a wonderful host. All of the beds were comfortable and the living room was great for 6 of us to play cards. We used the fireplace and our cast iron skillets to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.

This Airbnb is a hidden gem! Host - Super friendly. We had timely and courteous communication Her welcome message and the instructions in the home were so detailed, we didn't have any questions. Home - Clean and inviting. The layout of the rooms and furniture were perfect. The beds and couches were just right. Everything you need is there. Area - The neighborhood was private and beautiful. You could see a trail and rock formation right outside the door. I wish we had time to explore it. Shops and restaurants were just 10 minutes away. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and will be keeping this place on our favorites when we are back in the Springs.

Great space for the week. My partner and I and our friends had a very cozy space for the week. It is definitely a shared space overall. We had a couple of small things around the house (wifi, post-shower moisture, squeaky intake vent, missing kitchen misc) but the hosts were very responsive and attentive and quickly remedied anything problematic. If you are just looking to do some exploring in Colorado Springs and have a very comfortable place with hospitable hosts to come back to, highly recommend.

This was my first time renting an Airbnb and it definitely gave a really good impression. The host did an incredible job of making the room comfortable and most definitely COZY!

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan's place. The place was better than described and super clean. Host was very responsive. The apt is right by the entrance of the Garden of the gods, minutes from Manitou Springs( such a cute little town) and Coralado City. There were deer that visited the property most days. The area is so beautiful and this place was truly a treat. There was a humidifier which was so helpful, with the super dry air as we were coming from a state with much higher humidity.

Beautiful place to stay! My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The amenities, including the hot tub and surrounding seating areas, are very nice. Awesome location, beautiful cottage, and the host was great! Highly recommended!

We are so grateful we found this Airbnb!! Franka was super thoughtful on everything!! We loved the view especially from the hot tub! So peaceful, private and quiet! We were able to sit outside under the deck to look at a huge thunderstorm and listen to the thunder and watch the lightning! 10/10 definitely recommend and will be returning!!!!

I can't think of a single flaw, this place far exceeded our expectations—cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches like a happy birthday note, fresh flowers, and snacks made it feel extra special. Tiffany let us know the unit was ready early and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her son even offered to help with our bags, which was so kind. The location is fantastic—just minutes from Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, and downtown Manitou Springs. We’d love to stay here again!

We would absolutely stay here again! Cheri was an excellent host, and the space was beautiful and comfortable! Loved the fireplaces. She even had a decorated Christmas tree there for us to enjoy!

Had a great stay. Missed that “garden apartment” meant basement … it was a small space but nicely done and good light. Never had a chance to use the hot tub. Walkable to downtown and great food - but the first block or two feel a little sketch.

Jacquie’s place was absolutely great! Super clear, kitchen well stocked, we had everything we needed! Jacquie was always super responsive and proactive. I definitely recommend this place.

Overall, I had a great stay—the hot tub was a great plus! The house was clean, and the host was very communicative. I would highly recommend this place. The only downside to this place was the 10 am check-out with no option to check out late.
