Our house is located on the island Cres. You can emerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of untouched nature, breathing air flavoured by sea and mediterranean plants. This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers.. The property is run by solar panels (limited use of electric)Max. 200 W Warm water during 24 h!

Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! The apartment is away from the beach 20 meters.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
