Bellissimo appartamento, comodo e spazioso. Peccato non aver avuto tempo di sfruttare la terrazza e il giardino! Impagabile il posto macchina all'interno del cortile. I vicini sono un po' rumorosi, o forse le pareti sottili, ma a parte qualche strano rumore la sera, non ci hanno disturbato. Non c'è il wi-fi, mio figlio l'avrebbe apprezzato, ma è indicato chiaramente nella descrizione che non è disponibile, quindi assolutamente nessun problema!

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene , la casa molto luminosa accongliete e fornita di tutto, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro...al nostro arrivo Anna e Niko, ci hanno acconto con un ben venuto sia per noi che per i miei due cani... La consigliamo a tutti coloro che vogliono esplorare le bellezze di Desenzano e dintorni pernottando in un ambiente familiare e riservato e vicino a tutte le attrazioni del lago

Abbiamo alloggiato per tre giorni in questa casa insieme ai nostri bassotti. la casa é molto spaziosa, luminosa e confortevole. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato ogni genere di omaggi di benvenuto e tutte le informazioni necessarie per l'utilizzo della casa. é ben attrezzata anche per lunghi soggiorni ed é indipendente e riservata. l'host é gentilissimo e molto disponibile, tempestivo nel rispondere. ci siamo trovate davvero bene e ci torneremo volentieri. consigliata a chi piace alloggiare immerso nella natura ma a pochi minuti da grazano visconti e dalla cittá. il luogo é immerso nei campi con una vista spettacolare.

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben uns von Tag eins gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die persönlich Begrüßung sowie der Abschied. Sirmione ist gut angebunden und so ziemlich ein schöner Mittelpunkt um auch mal Bergamo, Mailand oder Padua zu besichtigen. Bei Fragen kann man Rita anschreiben und sie antwortet binnen einiger Minuten. Es gab auch zu Beginn Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und co. Für den Hund wurde auch gesorgt, da sie uns ein Kissen sowie zwei Näpfe hingestellt hat. Summarum kommen wir gerne wieder!

Massimo and Simone were both super helpful and great to communicate with. Massimo lives in the other unit within the property and would occasionally walk by and check on us. He even proactively suggested and coordinated for us the rental of a boat from the Padenghe Harbor for a half-day excursion of the lake which ended up being the highlight of the trip. Location and view are stunning with plenty of space for dining outside on the beautiful terrace or on the patio where we had a great BBQ. The way it’s setup with 2 independent kitchens on the 2 levels makes it ideal for a multifamily trip as well. 100% would recommend

Un posto meraviglioso Una villa super confortevole e arredata con cura nei minimi dettagli. L’esterno della villa ha una piscina attrezzata ideale per trascorrere le giornate fuori. Gli host sono stati super disponibili Tempestivi nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Ci torneremo sicuramente

the apartment is really beautiful and interestingly decorated, it had everything you needed, the beds are super comfortable, very clean and cozy. if I'm in the area, I'll definitely book this place again 😊

Gianluigi was an exceptional host: very friendly and communicative, with very clear instructions for check-in and very flexible when arranging meeting times. As for the furnishings, we especially appreciated the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, as well as the cooling power of the A/C unit. We found the location walkable, and the old town and castle of Sirmione were a short drive (or a very long walk) away.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo splendido alloggio, la terrazza era una parte tutta a sé, che noi abbiamo trovato persino più grande che dalle foto! Non saprei elencare qual è stata la cosa più bella, la piscina davvero fantastica e pulita. Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, ma poco pulito. Abbiamo vissuto una vera settimana di relax, speriamo davvero di tornarci! Rainer gentilissimo e disponibile.

Die Unterkunft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir waren überaus zufrieden, vor allem mit der Sauberkeit, das Haus war blitzblank. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und der Check-in unkompliziert. Wir konnten sogar früher als geplant einchecken, sowie später auschecken. Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekt Lage, nur wenige Minuten von der Promenade und dem Hafen entfernt. Unserer Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen!

È stato veramente un soggiorno piacevole. Appartamento ben tenuto, ottima la cucina del ristorante (sia per la colazione sia il cenone di capodanno), luogo tranquillo ed agreste. Esperienza da rifare. Sopra a tutto la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, die Wohnung ist klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist auch gut und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, der Gardasee ist zu Fuß in ungefähr 2 Minuten erreichbar und auch Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Balkon hat uns und vor allem unserem Hund auch sehr gefallen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Morris war immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in und Check-out mit der Schlüsselbox hat problemlos funktioniert. Danke, Morris!

Pulizia ottima Reception molto gentili e disponibili

Mein Partner, unsere Hündin und ich waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft und der Garten sahen in echt noch schöner als auf den Fotos aus. Unsere Hündin hat sich vor allem im Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Elvira war immer erreichbar und hat uns ganz tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen rund um Sirmione gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Alloggio perfetto! Pulito, comodo e in una posizione fantastica, sopratutto per raggiungere il circuito di Cremona. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili, fornendoci chiare indicazioni per raggiungere l alloggio. Torneremmo volentieri!

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Un appartamento molto spazioso e arioso, in zona tranquilla, ma vicino a tutti i servizi. Letto comodo, ampia zona per riposare e rinfrancarsi dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro. Ho qualche problemino di vista, quindi ho patito, al calare del Sole, l'illuminazione fioca e rada della sala e della cucina. Mi piace cucinare da me quando sono in trasferta di lavoro e dunque spero sempre in una cucina pronta alle miei esigenze... mi auguro che alcune migliorie che ho segnalato privatamente vengano presto messe in atto.

Ik heb behoorlijk wat gereisd en in veel Airbnb’s en B&B’s verbleven… maar ik durf met absolute zekerheid te zeggen dat deze Airbnb de mooiste plek is waar we ooit hebben verbleven. Het is een hele bijzondere plek. Een authentiek Italiaanse ervaring. Perfect gelegen tussen Milaan en Bergamo. Cassano is een klein stadje maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien; goede restaurants, winkels, cafe’s etc op loop afstand. We zijn op onze laatste dag al gaan plannen om terug te komen… wat ons vooral is bijgebleven is de gezellige plek van de BnB, uitkijkend op een mooie rivier en echt een prachtige tuin. Hier hebben we heel fijn ontbeten (met verse sla en kruiden uit de tuin); en de tuin is ook nog eens een thuis voor zo’n 30 schildpadden! Heel leuk om te ervaren. Tot slot willen we Barbara en haar dochter van harte bedanken voor het warme welkom. We werden zelfs opgehaald van het station! Hele aardige mensen die we graag weer zouden willen zien :) Dank!

The apartment is in a fantastic location for me, and it's walkable to many great restaurants cafés, and bars. The area is mostly quiet during the day, and it's easy to feel safe and comfortable. Amazing experience overall - will definitely be booking again!
