We had a wonderful stay at Lara's Airbnb! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Lara was an excellent host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We all truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

An absolutely charming place! We stayed one night and were smitten from as soon as we checked in. The loveliest little touches in the interior, from the record player to the board games and books, and oh, what a beautiful garden and outdoor experience to behold! What a beautiful spot! I was content never to move from the garden, although my co -travellers would probably have had something to say about it. Samantha was fantastically accommodating to our requests re when we could check in and out and length of stay. The house is perfect for a couple of families - so much space and set out in a way that you can get away from everyone, should you need to. Everything was there that you needed, beds were comfy, everything was easy to use and the living spaces were all very relaxing. Wildlife galore to be seen with your morning coffee. There are lovely walks to be had from your doorstep, and The Bridge of Cally Pub and shop are a short walk along the road. Balnabea is perfectly situated for exploring Perthshire - ours was a short break away, but as usual Scotland delivers in making you feel you've been away for double the length of time. We recommend The Hermitage and Dunkeld. We loved it so much we wanted to make it our annual retreat.

Don’t hesitate to book this absolute gem!! So close to Edinburgh and yet the pristine surroundings made us feel like we were in another world. Fabulously well-stocked cottage with everything we needed, almost sad it was too warm to light the fire! Incredibly cute decor, would love to return.

Our family had an amazing stay at the coal house,kid friendly with toys they can play with, very clean and had all the stuff we needed Carla and Alan were great host and fast to answer any questions we had. Would recommend for anyone that has kids Thank you again

Great base to explore Edinburgh and surrounding area. Everything you could need in the property, great kitchen, bathroom, comfy beds. Able to park the car off the road, which was a nice bonus. Approx 45 minute walk in to centre, where we visited the castle and shops. Great pub - The old chain pier down at the harbour (about 10 minute walk) and a great harbour for sunsets and a cold beer. Superbe maison très accueillante avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Chambres et salles de bains impeccable, spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Salon très agréable pour un apéro ou un thé tranquille. Cuisine très fonctionnelles et très bien équipée pour cuisiner et manger pour 6 personnes. Le centre de Blairgowrie a quelques pas de la maison avec des restau, magasins à proximité. Nous avons vécu un super séjour chez Louise je recommande chaleureusement sa maison.

This is the third time we have rented Ashleigh’s amazing home - first for our Son’s wedding and twice for our family ‘Fake Christmas’. It is the PERFECT place to prepare and serve a large family dinner, spacious, great equipment/utensils and comfortable. The house was decorated beautifully with a gorgeous tree, Christmas bed linen and other decorations. Ashleigh even left little treats for our Grandchildren! Her attention to detail is second to none! I truly believe that we couldn’t find a place anywhere more suited to our needs. Ashleigh is extremely attentive and responds to messages quickly and informatively. Nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend Ashleigh’s home highly enough. It ticks every box, amazing host, fantastic space and brilliant location. We can’t wait to come back!

I am sure the goid folk at the Scottish Historical Buildings Assoc would want me to extol every virtue the place has and why it is so amazing. But if I do that, it will be impossible for me to book it again. What to do? I cannot in all honesty say anything bad. So I won't! But one word of advice: keep the entry fob away from your phone, otherwise it corrupts! And please don't book it during next year's Burns weekend!

Amazing location, close to all the main attractions and plenty of places to eat/drink near by!

Stuart’s place is amazing, really light and airy. It’s on the top floor of an old tenement, four floors up. The location is perfect about 10 minutes walk from Waverley Station or St Andrews tram stop. We had a great lunch at Rocksalt Cafe over the road, well prepared and flavoured sandwiches. I’d recommend this to anyone to manage the 4 flights of stairs.

Great place, clean and warm and very comfortable. Conveniently located in the centre of Crail. Helpful hosts. 5 star all round.

We hebben drie heerlijke dagen gehad in St. Monans. Vanuit Jackies huisje loop je zo naar de haven en van daaruit ben je ook snel op de kustpaden. Het huisje is gezellig ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf. Hartelijk dank voor je gastvrijheid en prettige communicatie Jackie! 🙏🏻❤️

Een mooie uitvalsbasis om Edinburgh te ontdekken. Dean Village is een schitterende plek met rust een fotogenieke omgeving en een meditatief kabbelend water. We hebben optimaal genoten.

Our family of four had a lovely stay! The apartment was located directly in the heart of Edinburgh just a few steps away from restaurants and shops as well as a very short walk to Edinburgh castle. Even more so, it’s very close to the train station and the bus to the airport. Very convenient. Our two kids slept comfortably in the two twin beds and the primary bedroom was very nice. We loved the charm of the apartment and how it matched the city of Edinburgh. Highly recommend :)

Entering this well appointed, beautiful home, there is a feeling of warmth and relaxation. The skylights bring in the natural light to the bathrooms. The Kitchen is modern and sleek, with everything you need to make a first class meal. The visually stunning, spacious backyard has a wonderful garden. There is a park just behind the house. My daily jog would lead me down to the beach. Here i would do a quick cold plunge- rejuvenating my body. The area is surrounded by a world renowned collection of golf clubs. The Longniddry golf club is a short walk and is a fun track. Thank you for being great hosts.

Stayed here for 2 nights with 5 other adults - one of the best decisions! As a start, check-in was smooth. Everyone has their bed, towels which is great. Had to figure out the heater (our country is Summer all year) and Lukas was very responsive. This location is almost a straight drive to the city centre. With free parking at the location, it gave us great relief to know we won’t get penalised. Love this place! I would recommend this to others.
