The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a Smart TV. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers. We have an EV level 2 charger. There is an additional charge to use the charger. Please contact us if you want to add charging to your stay.

Connect with friends and family while sipping coffee on the porch and watching for deer, wild turkeys or humming birds. Share some of the fruits of our garden and cook in the fully equipped kitchen or grill on the porch after hiking, touring or just hanging out in hammock.
