Cozy Studio Apartment

Come stay in our cozy studio apartment, where you can enjoy privacy and comfort. Beautiful Lake Junaluska can be seen after a 5 minute walk. The apartment includes an incredibly soft, custom-made bed (gel memory foam topper; king width, twin length), a night stand, a vintage dresser and two closets, an expandable table for eating or working, two chairs, and a kitchenette. The attached private bathroom completes the space. Maximum occupancy is 2. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

Across the road you will find a working Alpaca Farm. The amenities and cheerful decor make it effortless to spend the day relaxing and savoring the tranquility this property offers.

WELCOME TO PIGEON RIVER 2. THIS IS A RENOVATED FARM HOUSE ON 5 ACRES. We have gone through and redone the kitchen, den, dining area, added a master bath, a huge covered patio for the hot tub and fire pit. Heating and air are new. our cleaning fee includes Use of the hot tub This cabin also has a covered attached carport for additional space. We are located about 2-1/4 miles from I-40 less than 25 miles from Asheville. Easy all-season access. ($300 fee for service pet).

The Farm House

The birds are chirping, the grass is green, and the flowers are blooming…Spring is here at the Farm House! This barn has been converted to a delightful, cozy farm house where guest come not only for the stay but also for the experience! It’s been said “there’s a bit of magic in the air” as you meander the long wooded drive through our private 33 acres to the house where our horses greet you upon arrival! This is the perfect place to call your home away from home.

Evergreen Cabin- Private Outdoor Hot Tub and Cabin

Evergreen is a rustic cabin built from Hemlock logs off of the land. It boasts a stone wood-burning fireplace and a loft bedroom (accessed by ladder as seen in photos) with Virginia Red Oak hardwood floors, French doors that open onto a private deck and a wonderful private outdoor hot tub on the covered side porch. Warm up by the fire at the outdoor firepit with adjacent pavilion for peaceful dinners and a glass of wine. Easy access for cars and motorcycles alike.
