Our group of five couples stayed here for a weekend reunion and this large house was ideal for our needs. The large kitchen was really well equipped for prep, cooking and eating (although everything initially took a some finding as there are so many cupboards!) and the two tables together made a great eating area. The main sitting room is huge and everyone felt the bedrooms were comfortable. We didn't use the garden at all, it was small relative to the size of the house but there are plenty of lanes and paths locally to walk on. We found plenty to do and a choice of places to eat within driving distance we managed to fit 5 cars into the parking area although it was a tight squeeze. Anjala was quick to respond to our only query during the weekend and overall, we'd have no hesitation about recommending this property for a weekend stay for a large group.

We had a wonderful stay in Witney. Devin was very helpful and communicative and allowed an early check in which after a long flight was much appreciated. The house was easy to find, had accessible parking and was easy walking distance to the town. The house was lovely, with 3 double bedrooms. The sitting area was large and it had a fully fitted kitchen and pretty outside area. It was also very quiet, with no traffic noise. I would highly recommend this house for a stay in Witney.

A perfect place for a family get together, one in a wheelchair and also 2 dogs. The house has a nice architectural living space, light with plenty of room, good layout and well equipped for 8 guests. The garden is beautiful, equipped with outdoor chairs, a summerhouse and is a good place to relax and bask in the sun The village location is great, for walking from the door, eating locally ( recommend The Bell) and exploring the surrounding area and attractions by car. We had a warm and helpful welcome from Nick who responded quickly to any queries we had and made our stay very easy.

I have stayed in various B&Bs in different countries including the UK and Spain, but have to say that this property was probably my favourite thus far. It is excellently located in Chipping Norton, which is a quaint village by itself and located near farm shops which I adore. There is a hidden bedroom behind a fake bookcase, I have added this to my Pinterest board for home inspiration :) Our party of 5 loved the amenities; 2 very clean bathrooms, a sizeable kitchen and lovely garden. Lots of animal decorations adorn the house which superbly fits with the Cotswolds. James and Samantha also provided us with a fresh loaf of bread, strawberry jam, coffee, tea, and milk for our breakfasts! Lastly, we had a lovely evening playing the Cotswolds version of Monopoly and the Jumanji board games! Long story short: We would highly recommend staying here

This place is perfect for a family visiting Oxford. Wonderful host, easy to get to the shops and into the centre of Oxford by bus. Highly recommended.

Lovely clean flat. It is in an ideal location with parking and is walkable into Henley. Very well equipped. The welcome provisions were a nice surprise. Thank you we had a lovely stay.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

The place is decent to stay for one night. We left an item at Umu’s place, and the owner immediately told us about it and send it back the next day. We thank them for that. Very responsive and responsible owner. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at Steve’s flat at Oxford. It is an easy 15 minute walk to Railway Station, and a 5 minute walk to the City Centre. The flat had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, and we felt very cosy tucked away in the basement flat. Oxford is a very busy and historical city, with so much to see and do. Definitely worth a visit. Would recommend Steve’s flat to anyone wishing to visit Oxford.

Had a great stay at Waterside😊 It's a perfect location in central Oxford and conveniently comes with a car parking space! Lesley was a brilliant host - responsive and helpful. The apartment is sparsely but tastefully furnished and was squeaky clean. It turned chilly during my stay and whilst switching the heating on helped the place didn't really warm up enough. It's a minor niggle which putting a jumper on sorted. Anyway make a brew, open the window and sit in the sun listening to the babbling brook. Wonderful!

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

Loved loved loved my week here! Ruth's place is right in the heart of Wallingford, which is a beautiful and cozy town. My Mom and I were in town for a week for a wedding and Ruth's place was the perfect home base for the week. The location matches the description perfectly, and was so nice to come home to after exploring England all day. I especially love the windows, and sipping morning coffee outside was a perfect way to start the day. Couldn't recommend this place enough - next time I come visit friends in the area this will be the first place I check! Thank you!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Dot, l’appartement est fonctionnel, la literie de qualité et la cuisine et la salle de bain bien équipés. L’appartement est situé a proximité de plusieurs supermarchés et d’un arrêt de bus qui dessert le centre-ville et la gare. Je recommande !

We had a fab stay, the property was just as listed. It was easy to get to places like Oxford for sightseeing.

It was great to stay at Greg’s place for a second time. AirBnB is as described. Greg is a great, friendly host who is very responsive to any questions or queries we had. We let him know one of the radiators did not work and he immediately brought over an electric heater. Highly recommend his place!

Great place to stay. Looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Vanessa was lovely and met me and my dogs upon arrival. The little additions of food that she left for us were great, and the garden was just perfect for my dogs. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
