All the comforts of a modern cabin in our newly built "Jordan River Cabin" nestled amongst 3 acres of tall evergreens with floor to ceiling window views. Fire up the BBQ on the wrap around deck. Wood stove comes supplied with kindling & firewood. Open concept, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Fresh towels & linens for 2 king size bedrooms & 2 rain shower bathrooms, a huge soaker bathtub upstairs, a hot outdoor rain shower + wood fired cedar hot tub & a newly added meditation deck!

Carriage house on the rock!

Carriage House on the Rock is a two minute walk to Westwood Lake Park that offers world-class mountain bike trails and hiking. A cozy one bedroom carriage house that is fully appointed. A 6km walk around the lake, or if you are feeling adventurous, a 3 hour hike up Mount Benson and its amazing views are nearby. Only three km to downtown, & float planes to Vancouver. Walking distance to VIU, Aquatic Center, and Nanaimo Ice Center. We are centrally located but offer a quiet remote getaway.

Forest Hideout

Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

Lake Cowichan Home on the River

Take a break in Lake Cowichan. Stay in this charming suite, on the river and within walking distance of the town centre. The suite has two extra-long twin beds which can be put together to form a king-size bed. The kitchen has everything you need, with a microwave convection oven and double steamer substituting for a stove. The little bathroom is perfect for after-swim showers, etc.. A frozen muffin for breakfast will be resentful supplied upon request to meet the town legal requirements.

Lake front, 100 yr old Railway Cottage filled with history, boosting its beautiful views ,including an exclusive private HOTTUB .This property is SHARED with another cottage (also STR) , but each also very private! Wharf and beaches SHARED with other guests on property also. Tranquility crouched low into the grassy hill embankment, but the rustic Cottage is too large to go unnoticed. Ocean front West Coast retreat located 40 meters above the surf, bordering China Beach. Enjoy beach fires, forest walks, hiking, mushroom forging and surfing. A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy 1 king bed cabin or have a bath in the outdoor tub and enjoy the breathtaking views!

Our bright and sunny, south facing, west coast villa is perched on Mt. Holmes, towering above the quaint town of Youbou and overlooking the spectacular Cowichan Lake. The home has a large open plan living, dining and chef’s kitchen. Sliding doors throughout offer access to your huge wrap around deck with large private hot tub, large private swimming pool area, sun loungers/hammocks, conversation sets, outdoor dining & BBQ.

Mid-island, this rustic cabin is perfect for any couple (or small group) shacking up in the woods. Features a full kitchen inside, outhouse, outdoor shower, fire pit, covered porch & access to pebble beach trails, making this a magical retreat. Please note that there is wi-fi at the cabin but no cell reception on the property, and many guests have mentioned that they’ve enjoyed the chance to unplug and connect with nature.
