Beautiful home right near the heart of downtown Newnan. Mana was very proactive & friendly, I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. House was easy to check in to and did not require much to check out. Will stay again on our next trip

We felt at home because the bathroom were equipped with what we needed and the kitchen was too very quiet neighborhood and the house was beautiful it was accessible to stores and restaurants the host was very fast at responding to our needs and if we ever visit there again i would rent that vacation home again.

My family and I stayed here for my brothers wedding and it was so nice to be all together! The house was clean and inviting, great walking trails near by, and in a great location for short commutes everywhere. It was exactly what we needed!

Suvrat was a terrific host & this place was a gem! Convenient location in PTC proper close to shopping centers, restaurants, a golf course & all the amazing trails. It’s on the north side near Lake Kedron - closer to the airport & avoids the busy city center intersection. The house was very spacious even for 9 guests & we enjoyed the super open floor plan. Plenty of seating & lovely decor throughout the house. Large screen TV was great for watching movies. All the rooms were clean & modern. The huge kitchen, master bedroom & bath were spectacular! The other beds weren’t as comfortable, but still very nice with plenty of space & privacy. The screen porch, fenced backyard & fire pit were a nice touch. Saw so many deer walk by! Of note - the fireplace is operable, but missing the glass front. The back end of the yard also has 3 large city storm water drains with openings. Not deal breakers, just things to be aware of if bringing small kids or pets…Terrific stay overall & highly recommend!

First I have to say that Cassandra is truly the most precious young lady I have ever met! She went over and above! Everything was perfect and the home is absolutely gorgeous! The neighborhood was so quiet and the fenced yard was a real plus with our dogs. The home has so many skylights that allowed all the beautiful natural light in, furnishings were beautiful and bed was soooooo very comfortable. Just a very peaceful place to stay!

Leanna was very quick to respond. Home is a cozy, cute, and peaceful cottage. Great place for My dog and me. My only advice is to update/replace doors.

Robert’s place was as stated in the listing. The home was nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. As we were in town to visit family for the holidays, the location was perfect. The special touches which included the Christmas tree and Snowman were very much appreciated.

This is a great place, updated, comfortable and relaxing! For anyone that is going to anything at the Atlanta Motor Speedway, this is THE place to stay! It’s a three minute drive to the speedway, so convenient. We loved it. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right place. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had more than enough room to comfortably accommodate our extra large family—kids, grandparents, and all! The highlight for everyone was definitely the pool. It was clean, the perfect temperature, and had plenty of seating and space around it for relaxing or watching the kids splash around. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking for our big group easy, and the dining and living areas gave us all room to spread out without ever feeling cramped. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and attractions. We made unforgettable memories here and are already talking about booking our next stay. Highly recommend this home for any large group or family looking for the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and relaxation! Jay is absolutely amazing as a host!

Wow! One of my favorite Airbnbs I've stayed at, especially in the tiny house realm. It boasts thoughtful amenities, location, AND aesthetic. If I ever lived alone again, this would be my dream spot! I stayed at The Starling hotel in midtown a few months back, and I'd say this rivals that experience. With taxes and valet, it came to about the same price but was less cozy and private at the hotel. We came in at midnight from a long drive, but the host was very detailed in their on-boarding message to help us make the most of our time instead of just giving a long list of complicated rules. When we or I come back to Atlanta, I'm definitely going to be looking to grab this spot again. Thank you!

The house was clean, modern, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. We were very happy with the beautiful spaces, indoors and outside, and the multiple places to read or watch tv. The family room a has a big coffee table which is perfect for game night. The house is on a quiet street with a large front porch with comfortable couches. The place is even nicer than the pictures show. Danielle’s communication was excellent, check-in was a breeze, and Danielle even accommodated an early check in. The home is lovely! We will stay there again- hopefully when it’s pool weather.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a cul-de-sac, it was easy to find and self check-in went smoothly. 📝 Notes: •There are quite a few steps leading down to the entrance, and not much light at night, so bring a flashlight and be careful. •The pipes were knocking quite a bit when running the tap or flushing a toilet both upstairs and downstairs, but Maria was prompt addressing the issue and said a technician was to arrive the next day. ♥️ Loved: •Location. It’s Peachtree City! Very walkable, or drive-able by car or golf cart. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Well-maintained parks and things to do. •There are two bedrooms, each with a private bath, desk, and plenty of closet space. •Having a washing machine and dryer •A/C worked great! •Cleanliness. Thank you Maria, for providing a great place for us while visiting family!

Mark an absolute wonderful host. I’d recommend this place to anybody. My coworkers and I were pretty comfortable the whole time. Very close to my job site was super convenient for us ! If you want to escape and have a quiet weekend here’s the place ! Thanks again mark!!

My family and I lucked up on Vivi’s place in a last minute change of plans. We could have not been happier at the cottage. Communication was prompt and considerate. The space was comfortable, clean, and adequate for my family of six! A true gem!
