We enjoyed our stay there. Sonia was very helpful and informative., and communicative. We liked the location, it was convenient, yet away from the touristy areas. Would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is located relatively close to the train station and also to the center of Florence, in addition to being very well equipped and modern. Excellent choice!

Great stay in Florence. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and large, and in a great location. Communication with the host generally good, but on occasions response-time was slow. But overall, I'd definitely recommend.

Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon einmal dort und es hat uns genauso gut gefallen wie damals. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Bruno ist super und hat uns sehr gut betreut während des Aufenthalts. Auch die Tips von Paolo waren sehr hilfreich. Verpasst nicht während des Sonnenuntergangs durch die Olivenhaine hinter dem Haus zu spazieren. Wir kommen wieder.

El departamento es muy cómodo para 4 personas, es espacioso, puede se útil para estadías largas o cortas. Muy bien ubicado para visitar Firenze.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

We had such a magical stay here. It is a beautiful apartment, and in a great location. Everything was so easy and all the communication with the host was extremely efficient. I would definitely stay again.

Veldig praktisk sted for oss som skulle på sykkelturer fordi vi kunne enkelt trille syklene i leiligheten. Leiligheten er akkurat som på bildene. Eneste er at den er litt mørk siden det ikke er mange vinduer med godt dagslys. Det gjorde ikke oss noe. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom vertskap.

L'appartement est situé en plein coeur de la ville, à deux pas du ponte Vechio et du musée de Offices. Tout est à distance de marche, ce qui est idéal pour visiter Florence. J'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. De plus Élena et son mari nous ont pris la peine de nous accueillir en personne et nous ont montré tout ce qu'il fallait savoir sur les équipements à disposition. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

My mum and I had an amazing stay at Mario’s place. It was really comfortable, clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (even umbrellas which came in handy on a rainy day!). Claudio was an amazing and really friendly host, showing us around the apartment and explaining how everything worked! It was also super easy to get into Firenze city centre- either walking or 3 stops on the tram. We visited 2 of the restaurants recommended by Claudia which we LOVED. We honestly felt right at home at the apartment and would have loved to have stayed longer!

Absolutely fantastic location… just walk down a street in any direction and you’ll find incredible food, shops, and gelato within a few blocks. If you open the windows in the evening, you might even hear the sound of cello performers or opera singers in the square at the end of the street. It’s truly an idyllic neighborhood. Our host was incredibly proactive and a great communicator. A++ I wish the internet was a bit faster, but that’s Italy… and let’s be honest, this is not a place you come to work remote… It’s a place you come to explore and find serendipitous experiences you could never plan for. If you do need to get some remote work done, I recommend stopping by The Social Hub, which is a 20 minute walk away and a really cool co-working space. All in all… location location location! That’s what matters, and this Airbnb nails it.

This apartment is in such a perfect central location. It is also much spacious than it seemed from the photos. Loved the little terrace as well. Rosella was very friendly and flexible. The kids enjoyed the breakfast pastries, a nice touch.

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

L'élégance et le confort de ce bel appartement, sa proximité avec le centre de Florence, la gentillesse de Luciano ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour dans cette ville fabuleuse. Un seul regret: être partis trop tôt!

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

Très bel appartement, parfaitement équipé. Nous avons apprécié la présence du lit bébé et de la chaise haute. Leonardo et Mattia ont été très réactifs et arrangeants. Très bonne literie ! L’appartement est situé à proximité des bus et trams mais un peu loin du centre si l’on souhaite tout faire à pied.
